This waterfront home is Moonlight Seas and is located in the cozy community of Surfside Beach Texas. This fabulous new custom home with a beautiful inviting interior has plenty of indoor/outdoor living spaces and is built for families and friends. All the bedrooms have pillow top queen beds and the main suite bathroom has a beautiful white shower with a waterfall head. Comfortable furniture and vibrant colors help make this beach house feel so inviting and comfortable you won’t want to leave.

2024 $140k down to studs Remodel! Pet Friendly. This house is within 100 feet from the ocean’s edge! The location is ideal as it sits on a secluded, quiet pedestrian beach that does not allow cars on sand and is within blocks of both restaurants and shopping! The views are to die for! The house is a 4 bed/ 3 bath that has all your amenities such as central AC, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Gormet Kitchen. Super fast WiFi. Bring your dogs and family and enjoy the beach in safety!
