Self contained Pool House

The Pool House is the perfect place to relax, explore and enjoy everything that Tugun has to offer. Newly built, this structure is detached from the family home at the front of the property. A beautiful space that is affordable and stylish with a beautiful pool view. Room includes a Queen bed, basic kitchenette, wardrobe, ensuite and shared seating areas outside and an unheated magnesium pool. A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Tranquil Private Studio

This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

The private gated property is only a short stroll to patrolled surf beaches and Nobby Beach shops.

Separate to main house this lovely fully self contained air conditioned studio is perfect for couples. It has a queen bed and quality double sofa for additional person. A 5 minute walk to cafes, restaurant and bottle shop and only 10 minute walk to the heart of Palm Beach's restaurants, surf club, cafes and bars.

This apartment is solely for your use.
