Surfside Serenity

Comfortable three bedroom home, furnished with modern decor in an ideal quiet location within a 2 minute stroll to Surfside beach, convenience store and the Clyde river. Newly renovated bathroom. Batemans Bay precinct is a leisurely, flat 20 minute stroll across the beautiful Clyde river. Enjoy all that Surfside and Batemans Bay has to offer with some nice restaurants, cafes and pubs overlooking the water. Or perhaps some swimming, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling and boating is more your style.

Somerset Stables Mogo

Somerset Stables is set on a small rural holding with access to the Mogo state forest, close proximity to the beach and Mogo village and is within walking distance to Mogo Zoo. It has modern decor, rich timber floors, vaulted ceilings and is self contained to be comfortable. The Apartment is a loft conversion of our Stable Barn with stair only access, it has a tree top view of the paddocks below with accompanying bird and zoo noises. We look forward to hosting our guests and sharing our space.

Bayridge Bush and Beach 3 bdm. 4 beds/ 1 sofa bed

I can offer a 3 bedoom house in North Batemans Bay NSW. It is a lovely 20 minute walk to town and a few minutes drive. It is situated in a unique neighbourhood. Large private blocks with plenty of wildlife. Neutral colours and matching decor. I live in a separate private dwelling on the property. Beaches are 10 min drive with a pleasant 25 minute walk to town. I can offer extra space for 7 or 8 people, however, it would be a sofa bed in the loungeroom. Lots of wildlife.

Fabulous location all year round, a 1-2 minute ocean front walk to Garden Bay, a 5 minute walk to the popular Three66 café plus enjoy all that the south coast has to offer. Watch the whales from the front deck as they migrate north in the cooler months, and south with their calves as it starts to warm up towards summer.

Beckon by the Sea

Beckon by the Sea is nestled amongst spotted gums with views of the ocean in idyllic Lilli Pilli. It's a 100m walk to the perfect child friendly Circuit Beach. With recent renovations, this 1950s 3-bed cottage is now spacious, light-filled and fitted out with quality furnishings and inclusions to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortably sleeps six with two queen and two single beds. Linen is included.

Welcome to 'Namaste' - "the divine in me bows to the divine in you". Namaste is a beautiful coast house suited to families, couples and fur babies alike. Please make Namaste 'your home' during your stay. Beautifully positioned, 'Namaste' is across the road from the beach, park and shops, so all you need to do is simply park your car, unpack and then enjoy your holiday. Laze on the beach, the upstairs deck or the downstairs entertainment area...

Broulee is a little slice of paradise on the south coast of NSW. This guest house is a short walk to one of the most beautiful beaches. This brand new house has everything you need, whether relaxing or having fun. At the South end of the beach is Broulee Island where there is a rare pocket of littoral rainforest. Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

Most rooms in the house enjoy the magnificent views of Sunshine Cove, looking across the bay to Long Beach and further out to Pigeon House Mountain. Nets near the Beach is just three minutes walk to the beautiful Lilli Pilli Beach. There is also a great cafe just down the road. The property has reverse cycle air conditioning and unlimited WIFI. The house is open plan, flowing out to a large deck off the living area which provides plenty of room to entertain and have a barbeque. If you have children the deck can be latched and the backyard is fully enclosed.

Set between two beaches, easy big family holidays.

Ideally for large or extended families, or for 2 or more families travelling together. With a Rumpus Room to keep 6 kids happy, and a deck with ocean views to keep the adults happy, there is enough room for everyone to spread out and relax.
