Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom featuring a luxurious California king bed and ample closet storage. Large widows for natural light (curtains are on all windows for privacy) . For additional sleeping space, the cozy living room includes a convenient pullout queen bed from the comfortable couch.

Enjoy our eclectic Bungalow in the heart of Austin’s celebrated 78704 neighborhood. The Bungalow is within walking distance of renowned coffee shops, restaurants, live music, hiking, and more. The home has a vintage vibe with all the modern necessities: high-speed internet, streaming services, a well-appointed kitchen, and all the board games you could dream of. The Bungalow shares a yard with a Tiny Home which is also rented through Airbnb. The backyard is large and offers plenty of privacy.

You get access to a private garage apartment with a tiny home feel, decorated with local Austin art, and run by hosts with over 10 years experience. We live in a quiet South Austin neighborhood with easy access to major roads, the airport, and downtown. We're two miles from Interstate 35 and State Highway 71, five miles from Bergstrom Airport, and six miles from downtown and the Austin Convention Center. We're less than a block from the #311 bus route and half a mile from the #7 bus route.

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!

Welcome to Blue Ranch Suite! Luxurious guest suite located in a quiet South Austin neighborhood. The perfect little getaway spot, whether visiting Austin for its many attractions or for work. Blue Ranch Studio has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, and trundle bed to sleep a total of 4people comfortably. The kitchenette setup in the corner is great for morning coffee and storing drinks and snacks.We have really enjoyed this suite and look forward to sharing it with you in here in Austin, TX!

Private entrance with a private deck to sit and enjoy mornings and evenings. Located in a quiet neighborhood five minutes to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and 12 min away from South congress, Barton Springs, downtown and much more! The neighborhood also has access to the Stephenson nature trails.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)

It’s the perfect start for your hill country adventure.

I am 15 minutes to Downtown and about 10 minutes to the South Congress area. Walking distance from convenience stores, cafe's, and restaurants. I'm happy to give recommendations to nearby restaurants :) Note: Check-in is at 4pm CST. Check-in instructions will be sent at 11am CST on check-in day. No parties allowed. No smoking anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. No pets. Zero tolerance policy for the above.

The guesthouse is in a beautiful natural setting and close to Zilker park, South Congress, or downtown Austin. Feel at home with a king-size bed and fully stocked kitchen. We have taken every opportunity to provide comfort with black out shades, a high quality mattress and upscale bedding. Enjoy a calming view of open countryside and the adjacent 20 acre greenbelts while still being close to many shops and attractions.

Wake up & enjoy coffee on the porch, or walk around the corner to one of Austin's favorite breakfast spots. After a day exploring, come back to relax and grab take-out down the street from a local restaurant or food trailer.
