Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. We have two Air BNB's with approx 20m between them at the rear (see photos) with access to both from the shared driveway.
