A house built in 1965 has been renovated to incorporate MUJI elements. The owner has meticulously preserved 95% of the original structure, including the original marble floors, childhood bathroom, and glass louver windows. Located very close to Hospital Teluk Intan, It is 3 mins away from Gulam Rasul Restaurant. It is located within walking distance to Mass Maju Restaurant and Keladi seafood Restaurant. Place of worship either be a mosque, a temple or church is within 3-5 mins drive. The house is just about 6-8 min away to the town centre. All basic facilities is just nearby to reach.
