Thank you Kerry so much for all you did to make our stay what it was. Even during the storm you helped us and our furry family members. We sincerely appreciated your communication, initiative and kindness. And the house was perfect for our mini family reunion. Maybe we’ll come back during sunny summertime someday :) and enjoy that beautiful porch. It would be nice to have wifi but also it was good to be disconnected and there was some cell service. Hinton is a lovely town with kind people.

We have booked in the past ( another house nearby) and were just as happy. Homemade cookies and beyond friendly communication makes this our top pick when we are in Hinton! You won’t be disappointed.

Stayed here for a ski weekend at Winterplace and the house was a quick drive to the slopes. So much so we decided to come back at lunch to dry clothes and relax before going back out. The house was very modern and matched the pictures and description.

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the Appalachian mountains. Great trails for walking. The beds were so comfy! The loft space was super cool. My kids and I loved it! I was so surprised when we approached the house, the view comes out of no where! We would def stay again

We loved our stay! The cottage is adorable with so many fun touches. The setting is peaceful. We loved the water views and sitting on deck. Unfortunately it was a bit rainy when we arrived and chilly the next few days so our deck time was limited. The cottage has everything you might need- very well equipped. I would love to visit again.

The host was very nice and the house has a beautiful view of the river and mountains from the welcoming back deck/screened patio and fire pit! It was peaceful sitting out by the river at night with a nice fire made from wood that was already provided and waiting to be burned. The house was virtually brand new and we were welcomed with cookies and a personalized sign on the fridge. The location was very close to the Sandstone visitor center and waterfall. We are very thankful we got to stay here with such considerate hosts. Thank y’all again for helping make our trip memorable and enjoyable!

Hokies Haven was great! It was exactly what we had hoped for. The newer townhome was clean with plenty of room both on the first floor living area as well as in the bedrooms. The additional space downstairs is a plus too. Kelly is a friendly, responsive host always willing to fill you in or answer your questions. Being so close to VT, as well as it being dog friendly, were definitely two additional features that made this place so special!

Erin's home was perfect for our trip to New River Gorge National Park. The location, within walking distance to downtown Fayetteville was perfect. There were stores and restaurants nearby and the entrance to the National Park was a short 5 minute drive. The home was exactly as described and shown in photos, with all the amenities we needed. We particularly appreciated the amount of space, pool and hot tub as well as the fully fenced in backyard because we were travelling with our dog. As a host Erin was incredibly responsive, provided helpful information about the house and area. We could not recommend her house enough, it was fantastic for our needs and trip and hope to stay again in the future.

It is a beautiful place located at the very top of the mountain. Gorgeous inside and out; I would definitely stay again. When I say beautiful, I mean a BEAUTIFUL place. Simple suggestions: I highly suggest you check in during daylight. Being from Ohio, getting up the hill after dark can be challenging, as there are no lights on the way up. Also, the road is incredibly narrow. Once you go up the hill during the daylight, you’ll have no problem navigating. The Internet is pretty good, although I had to study for an exam I didn’t plan on. It was a bit challenging, but I got through it (Internet, slightly slow). Bath robes in the master bathroom, I tend to bring my own with me and I’m glad I did because the bathrooms had some hair from another person so I do suggest for your own. Whirlpool tub in the lower level. although it was clean, I have learned previously to fill the tub and run the jets to make sure it’s completely clean and unfortunately, there were black sediments.

Amber was very responsive to my needs. Amber responded back within 5 minutes I would definitely stay again.

Brooke was quick to respond, easy check in . We booked last minute with no issues. Sam the property manager was great with suggestions for places to visit. This cabin is warm and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend staying here.

The address didn’t take us directly to the tent. But it was easy to find after we drove on. Such a neat and cozy stay. Very clean.

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

Absolutely stunning place, the Mountain View was breathtaking! Wanted a peaceful environment with a homey feel and this Airbnb was perfect for it. Would definitely like to come back!

Wonderful home in a beautiful location. All of the extra touches did not go unnoticed. The dogs loved the treats and the kids loved the homemade cookies. We look forward to coming back the next time we are in WV!

We enjoyed our stay at Steve’s place on the river. We were traveling with our dogs and loved that we were able to stay comfortably with them. Our lab loved the easy access to the river! I would caution you not to use Waze for directions when leaving New River Gorge NP as the route that it provided was convoluted and a bit daunting in the dark. This was no fault of the host and Steve provided great info regarding the road to turn on as well as check in process. It was a wonderful peaceful way to spend Thanksgiving and we would stay again if ever in the area!

Wonderful host, responded quickly, lovely older home with updates and view of the river. We love that it was pet friendly and we were able to spend time with our fur babies. Beautiful area and we recommend the boardwalk at Sandstone falls.

This was our 2nd time staying here and both times were wonderful. Great location, extra clean and well stocked with essentials. The Host was very responsive. The front porch is great for morning coffee :)

Beautiful home to relax and enjoy some nature in! The porches are welcoming and spacious-the riverbank itself was full of so many opportunities to enjoy and we had a ball! Thank you so much for sharing your place.

We arrived at the cabin and loved the scenery instantly. Unfortunately, a power line was down and the cabin had no power. Within minutes, Omar sent a neighbor over to offer help. The power could not be restored that night, so Omar let us stay at the larger cabin instead AND he refunded our stay. We thought this was so kind and loved the larger cabin too. The surrounding land is so beautiful. We already want to return to experience it during a different season. We’re grateful Omar was so quick to respond and had our best interest in mind. Highly recommend.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was incredibly clean and well-kept, making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The surrounding area was beautiful and peaceful, waking up to the views from the cabin was an amazing experience. Rich was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us check in smoothly. They were also very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions during our stay. Overall, it was a great time, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming spot!

Nice little cabin in New River Gorge area. Had a lot of amenities- dishes, pots/pans, cutting boards, pet food bowl, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, even had bug spray(thankfully bc we forgot ours!). Had an outdoor fire ring with free precut wood, folding chairs, patio furniture, board games, & cornhole. Loved the decor as well, made it feel very homey. Caught us off gaurd there was no sink in the bathroom, but there was plenty of toiletries (q-tips, lotion, mini shampoo/conditioner, on the go sewing kit, etc). Loved the stay here!!
