Sandy's place is in a charming older neighborhood within walking distance to beach , restaurants and sights. The information Sandy provides is helpful. There was a light glitch getting into the apartment, but that was resolved quickly. The apartment we stayed in is on the smaller size, but is updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop garden, watching the birdlife on the waterway out the back door, and the outdoors flower gardens at the house and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

The inside was newly remodeled; nice and clean. It’s a .5 mile walk to East Beach.

This condo is within walking distance to the beach, funk zone and State Street. Nicely equipped with necessities and a place I will want to book again. Parking for one vehicle was easy on the street, but you’ll need an alternate plan for an extra vehicle. We parked our son’s car in a different neighborhood that did not require a permit.

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

We were in Santa Barbara for my nephew's wedding. Brendon's place was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance of the wedding venue and had plenty of room for the five of us. Check-in was easy, and the place was clean and inviting. Brendon stayed in contact throughout the process and was an excellent host.

Sebastian's place is immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. The entrance and exit instructions were clear, and communication was perfect. The home has lots of lovely light and windows -but also blackout curtains for those who prefer them. The location was EXCELLENT - just a few minutes from the beach and less than a ten minute walk to State Street shops, restaurants, movie theaters, etc. It was a delightful weekend!

Clean space , felt like home & very private area . Host made it very easy for check in and flexible with the check out hours . I would recommend and would stay again !

We had a wonderful time! The house is lovely and the view is incredible. The place is wonderfully laid out with different options for being outside. We strolled through the neighborhood and down to the area with cafes and restaurants. We wouldn't change a thing and would definitely come back. Shelly was helpful and responsive throughout. This place is a gem!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The home was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. The views were absolutely stunning, making it a serene and relaxing retreat. The hosts were fantastic—welcoming, responsive, and easily accessible throughout my entire stay, ensuring everything was seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made a difference. Really great stay, about a 10 minute walk to the top of State St.

Everything was great and extremely clean, the host was pleasant to talk to, no problems. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable life. We also had two emotional support dogs, we warned about them and we didn't pay any extra fees. The only thing I didn't like, was the camera in the yard, I didn't feel private and comfortable when I was in the yard

This was my second stay at Jane's place and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from East beach, grocery chopping and restaurants. The place is clean, well furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner for friends while I was there. And Jane was proactive, providing me early access and very accommodating allowing me to leave an hour later than planned. I will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

We loved staying at this condo! Amazing location, great views, amazingly warm pool and jacuzzi, cozy and comfortable! We would love to come back!
