Brian and Jennifer were gracious hosts and helped make our weekend in Bristol a great one. Their communication is efficient and helpful! Their home is beautiful—the architecture is really unique and the space flows so well. It was perfect for our crew as we were here for a trail race on the Mendota trail. Great vicinity to town and the trail. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub and backyard creates quite the oasis! We would love to come back next year and do it all again! Ashley was very responsive and proactive, gave clear instructions making check-in and check-out seamless and quick. House was stocked with everything you could think of and there were helpful instructions for all amenities! Very nice and peaceful stay, made for a great girls weekend by the lake!

I spent 3 nights on this property , the pricing was fair for the view and the amenities. Absolutely beautiful scenery, I hate that I didn’t get to get in the lake because of the weather , but so happy they had private hot tub on the property. The hot tub itself will leave you feeling stress free lol. The house was spotless and decor was beautiful very homie. I was suppose to have 5 guest but ended up just being 3 and feel like that’s the perfect amount of guest for this house. Love it , and highly recommend if you just wanna get away and enjoy some nature.

I’ve been all over the world and this stay was one of my favorites for a 3 day solo reset trip. BEAUTIFUL view from on top of the hill that is mowed for easy walk access, private and very clean! 5/5

This was our 2nd stay at Bek's place, attending an athletic event at King University. Love the place, it's set up perfectly for relaxing, for cooking and spending time with friends. It is perfect for three couples, everyone has their own space and bathroom, but plenty of hangout space as well, including an awesome balcony with a great view. Tons of amenities inside, easy to get to downtown Bristol, this place is a gem.

My fiancé, 2 year old son, our dog and I were traveling and found this gem last minute! Shelly and Wanda were very responsive and very accommodating! We met Shelly shortly after our arrival and she is super sweet and made us feel right at home! When we got there we were also amazed at just how breathtaking and beautiful the treehouse was! Not only was it amazing but everything was very clean and organized! We loved listening to the waterfall while we were falling asleep! The waterfall view is beautiful and we loved sitting in the hot tub on the lower deck! The lower deck is soooo cool!! Loved the lights and the swings! Our son thought it was the coolest place ever and so did we!! We will definitely be coming back! We thank you so much for making us feel so at home and accommodating us very last minute!

We had such a great stay here. Deanna was so friendly and helpful! The place is beautiful and has instructions on how to work/use everything. I loved that she even had recommendations on what to do and restaurants. There were so many amenities in the home that were so helpful We recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Jennifer and Travis' home was the perfect spot for me and my family on our trip to Kingsport. The tastefully decorated and meticulously cleaned home offered a beautiful sunset view from the deck overlooking a wooded area; a fully equipped kitchen; cozy, yet roomy living area; comfortable beds and baths; and, even a fire pit complete with wood and lighting tools. Soooooo relaxing! Jennifer and Travis treated us like royalty, even going so far as to deliver our groceries left on their stoop by mistake. We recommend Peaceful Peak without hesitation and look forward to our next stay!....Five stars and two thumbs up!
