Tempat yang sangat nyaman dan tenang untuk berlibur dengan keluarga, dengan fasilitas yang cukup lengkap, dikelilingi kebun jeruk dan pemandangan balkon yang indah dari setiap kamar.

Tempat nya nyaman dan enak, pokoknya tidak kecewa. Hanya saja satu untuk airnya keluarnya tidak begtu kencang. Tapi masih oke kok.. Hrga dan fasilitas enak poll

Simple but nice villa. On the left side villa, have a spacious carport. The host is very helpful, easy to contact and responds quickly. Check in and out is smooth. The bed is very comfortable so we can sleep well. Most proper for all who wants to visit Jatim Park 2.

Rumahnya nyaman, bersih, dan berada di lingkungan yg asri dan sejuk. Lokasi mudah dicari dan letaknya sangat strategis karena berada di antara kota malang dan batu. Mudah mencari convenient stores dan tempat makan. Pak Handi sangat komunikatif.

The villa is cozy and comfy. There are water heater, single fan, additional small bed, multi channel TV program, small barbeque grill and a lovely blankets. However, the place is dirty and dusty. I assume this villa was not clearly sanitized. (Terdapat sisa sampah, lintah dan semut). Kindly be aware of your belonging. To the owner, kindly take an improvement for a better facilities. Xoxo.

The villa is located in a very serene housing complex, so no noisy street trafic. The neighbours are all very calm & not rowdy too. As for the villa itself, it was very clean & has complete, working amenities. I might say that the only con is the wifi; it didn't work very well (unstable connection, on-off internet connection) & almost no signal when you are inside the rooms. Other than that, it's a perfect out of town stay with the whole family away from the noisy city crowd. Very peaceful & serene 👍👍

Kami menginap sekeluarga di Villa Samawa's ketika berlibur ke Malang. Kondisi rumah sangat bersih, rapi, lingkungan sekitarnya mendukung untuk peristirahatan dan yang terpenting lokasi sangat dekat dengan tempat-tempat wisata. Ibu Siti, staff villa sangat komunikatif dan merespon cepat ketika dihubungi. Saya dan keluarga sangat merekomendasikan Villa Samawa's bagi yang ingin berlibur ke Malang. Five stars rating for Villa Samawa's.

Villa "nginepin" sangat bersih.. Cocok untuk staycation bersama keluarga & teman2.. Perabotannya merk mahal semua guys😁 Water heater berfungsi semua di kamar mandi atas maupun bawah.. Peralatan dapur lengkap semua hanya saja kurang di bagian perbumbuan seperti garam, kecap dsb. Sempat kehabisan gas lpg tapi pak eko sangat gercep sekali datang ke villa untuk mengganti gas.. Bagi yg membawa anak kecil harap hati2 karna banyak tangga jd harus selalu diawasi.. Kolam renang bersih banget dan ada tempat untuk bilasnya juga.. maaf bila kami terakhir meninggalkan makanan sisa ya pak dan blm sempat membuang, mohon maaf sekali lagi🙏🏻 terimakasih nginepin villa dan terimakasih pak eko☺️🙏🏻

Dekat rumah ada toko kelontong, laundry, dekat ke tempat wisata, mau pesan gofood juga gampang. Puas banget, ada kolam renang tapi karena daerah Batu dingin jadi ga kepake, anak2 kedinginan, cuma bertahan 10 menit :)

Excellent rooms in a safe guarded location. Friendly staff. Private pool. Rooms are big. Might be noisy at night, there are loudspeakers playing. Might have some bugs

Recomended as a place to stay if you go to Batu. All of my family even all the kids are happy to stay in this Villa. Thanks to Mr Rudi for the strawberry

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

Staying at Kak Ines' place with my family for 5 days was a great experience! From the beginning, her and her team was very welcoming and responsive to our inquiries and has made our holiday comfortable. It was our first vacation in Malang so Kak Ines' place was an important decision to make our days enjoyable. Thank you to Kak Ines and team!

The place was easily accessible and it is clean. It matched my needs and the description was not misleading, so the expectations were met.
