"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Franconia Getaway Chalet

The Getaway Chalet is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, family-friendly house close to Cannon Mountain in Franconia. The perfect destination for all seasons, it's nestled in the mountains, a 4-minute drive from the ski resort. Cross-country trails are adjacent. Easy access to the state's most beautiful hiking and mountain biking, as well as swimming at Echo Lake and nearby golf. Three levels including a downstairs playroom, large yard, and front porch with the music of a babbling brook down the hill.

The Guest House at Chandlery Farm

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. Newly built, chalet-style log home featured in both Cabin Living and Log Cabin Homes Magazines. Sweeping mountain and sunset views. Modern, Scandinavian decor. Soaring stone fireplace makes for a warm, fully-appointed ski lodge in the winter months. 5 minutes from Cannon and 20 minutes from both Loon and Bretton Woods. Miles of National Forest trails out the back door.

It's located 9 minutes south of downtown Littleton and 11 minutes north of Cannon Mountain. Whether you're visiting for winter sports, leaf watching, mountaineering, or Polly's Pancakes, we're close to the action.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.
