In the heart of wild, romantic Perthshire, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, Garden Cottage is the perfect escape. A Highland cottage built in the 1720's, newly refurbished in the spirit of Scottish country living. The Anchorage, Arrochar, was built circa 1913 and has been newly upgraded in December 2019 giving the cottage a luxurious interior with gas central heating and beautiful wood burning stove. Two ensuites and a beautiful bathroom provides guests with plenty of room whilst the large garden with pizza oven and BBQ has amazing views where guests can relax on the decking or seek shade in the lean to. Everyone can use the fire pit, games room or play area to keep occupied or use the Kayaks provided.

This self contained modern Annex is situated in the picturesque village of Arrochar, on the banks of Loch Long, with stunning views of the "Cobbler" amidst the Arrochar Alps. It is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, swimmers, kayakers & those wishing to experience the Scottish Highlands, within easy reach of Glasgow & Stirling. The mature gardens have extensive bird life, with red squirrels and deer visitors. The village has good train and bus connections and a few lovely old local pubs.
