Welcome to our charming three-story townhouse located in the heart of Shenton Park. With it's central location, you'll find yourself a 5 minutes drive away from the hospital, 8 minutes from Elizabeth Quay, 6 minutes from UWA and a short 7 minute walk to the stunning Kings Park. The townhouse features 2 bedrooms with queen beds downstairs and an open lofted room with 2 king singles upstairs, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Traquil garden apartment. Superb location.

A quiet apartment with balcony overlooking a beautiful tree lined heritage street, ideally located in Subiaco, which is 4 km from the Perth CBD and was voted Australia's most liveable suburb. All 'Subi' has to offer, including art, cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping, Saturday markets and Kings Park are only a short walk away. The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and is thoughtfully appointed for guests' comfort. Undercover private carbay included & free unlimited WIFI.

You’ll love this welcoming architect-designed apartment. It occupies the whole lower floor of a private home in a quiet area close to the city, and walking distance to Subiaco, Leederville, and beautiful Lake Monger. The Grange

A beautiful character home with high ceilings, ornate cornices and 3 fireplaces. The house has been tastefully decorated so that it has all the modern conveniences while still having the appeal of old character. There are three very generous bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and laundry, and 2 living areas. There is a lovely courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture for summer entertaining. There is a fully enclosed backyard for dogs, and undercover parking for 1 car and 1 more bay.

Subiaco Executive/Holiday Apartment

This Luxury apt has everything you require from toiletries kitchen/laundry supplies cleaning products books magazines. Best location quiet leafy street 2 mins walk to shops cafes restaurants theatre train etc. A stroll to beautiful Kings Park, all the major hospitals & 5 min drive to City. Subiaco has a lovely friendly village type feel with local markets every Saturday, free concerts and good theatre. Beautifully decorated with quality bed linen, towels, slippers and spotlessly clean.

Olive Tree Terrace Subiaco

Two courtyards downstairs, one with an outdoor lounge area and bbq, the other terrace (with an Olive Tree) with table and chairs for two. Lovely lounge area, a dining area for six and the kitchen (fully equipped) along with a downstairs bathroom with toilet and laundry. Three rooms upstairs - 2 bedrooms with queen beds and wardrobes and an extra study with a double sofa bed. Car parking onsite, plus super close to everything you need or want and so close to the city centre
