Easy free on-street parking, no time limit. 10 mins walk to Cafe strips of Leederville or Subiaco. Less than to 1km Main Freeways. 3 train lines 15 min walk Fremantle (Rottnest), Airport (High Wycombe), Joondalup. “Granny flat” has own entry, isolated from main house for total privacy. Shared wall (like apartment living). Beautiful view over a lake, famous black swans & wildlife.

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

It occupies the whole lower floor of a private home in a quiet area close to the city, and walking distance to Subiaco, Leederville, and beautiful Lake Monger. Thoughtfully created space with quality fittings including separate bedroom, modern kitchen & bathroom, free WIFI, heating/air-conditioning, laundry and patio. With off-street parking next to your own front door, you have privacy and independence. A great base to explore Perth.

Suite No:2 -Perth Holiday Cottage
Best suited for short term stays. Suite 2 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No1 by same host.

Subiaco Executive/Holiday Apartment
This Luxury apt has everything you require from toiletries kitchen/laundry supplies cleaning products books magazines. Best location quiet leafy street 2 mins walk to shops cafes restaurants theatre train etc. A stroll to beautiful Kings Park, all the major hospitals & 5 min drive to City. Subiaco has a lovely friendly village type feel with local markets every Saturday, free concerts and good theatre. Beautifully decorated with quality bed linen, towels, slippers and spotlessly clean.
