Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

The detached bunkhouse has 3 single beds and is available for larger groups (summer only) Very peaceful lakeside location just 238 feet from Beach Pond. Walking distance to trails. Our secluded A-Frame cabin is just off of route 9 in Cummington. We are less than 1 hour away from many attractions including Tanglewood, Mass MoCA and Northampton. This area is not only beautiful for hiking, but also motorcycle riding here is exquisite! No wifi or cable (plenty of dvd movies!), cell phone service avail. Friendly pets welcome! 1 pet maximum. We do not provide sheets, pillows, blankets or towels. Please bring your own. We abut Shire Village Camp.
