The Sandford church is around 150 years old and has been lovingly and tastefully restored and renovated for overnight accommodation. Featuring a full kitchen, wood burning fire, and beautiful bathroom with a claw foot tub to relax and unwind. Wifi is available, making this the perfect place to Netflix chill.

The house is one of two set on 10 acres of natural bushland and nearby access to the Great South West Walk. Ideal in all seasons; you can enjoy the ocean crested sunsets on the expansive patio as you sip on a wine or two, alternatively you can snuggle in around the fire and enjoy the same amazing view from the lounge area.

Its excellent location makes the newly renovated pub, kiosk and river less than a 5min walk from the house. The stunning enclosed gazebo area has amazing river views and makes for an ideal place to cook a BBQ dinner and watch the sunset over the estuary, protected from the elements and any pesky bugs .
