There is a moveable desk and a comfy loveseat facing the ocean view. There is room for a young child to sleep on the loveseat. Note: ceiling height is 5’10”.

The Mount Bate site consists of a 2018 Jayco 175RD SLX trailer equipped with all the basic amenities: a gazebo with patio lighting, a BBQ, and a propane fire table. This site also has a private path leading to a sitting area with patio chairs.
