If you need to get away from everything and need some peace and quiet this is the place for you. This house is nestled back in the woods, It has a dry creek in the back yard and also has a pond. It is in a rough gravel road, the wildlife roam freely around this place. The drive way is around 1/4 mile long. It is only 6 min from Versailles. 17 min to the closest lake Ozark access, and only a few min to the Loop 2 Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. No Tv, but do have WI-FI

If the water is at full pool, around Memorial Day, you can access the dock by boat. If not, the Wigwam boat ramp is accessible year round and 1 mile away. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside. Diving not allowed. Parking is limited but room for a boat and a vehicle if navigated properly or a few vehicles.

The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. Looking for privacy, peace and quiet, and a great view? You've found the right home! Is this the best view on the lake? We're biased but it's definitely one of the best for the price! This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
