Die Wohnung ist ca. 81 qm groß, sehr hell und freundlich, Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück und auch auf der Straße. Eine große Terrasse, die nach Süden ausgerichtet ist, erreicht man direkt durch das Wohnzimmer. Verkehrsverbindungen nach Berlin sind Fußläufig in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu erreichen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich mehrere im nahen Umfeld. Bitte die Hausregeln lesen.

This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Sowohl der Filmpark Babelsberg als auch der gleichnamige Stadtteil sind interessante Ausflugsziele. Mit der etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernten S-Bahn sind Sie in 25 Minuten in Berlin oder in 10 Minuten im Potsdamer Stadtkern. Mit dem Auto gelangt man innerhalb von 5 Minuten zur Autobahn, aber weder sie noch die Bahn sind nachts zu hören.

It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

The city palace and the new Palais Barbarini in the historic centre of Potsdam are only 800 m away. All parks and sights, such as Park Sanssouci, Neuer Garten with Schloss Cecilienhof but also the city centre with the Holländerviertel can be reached from here in a few minutes on foot.
