Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Indoor it offers 380 m2 on 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms, dining room, living room with modern technology and wi-fi. There is also a space where you can exercise (gym) and a pool table.

The property landlord lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance. We are family of 4 and will be at your disposal during your stay.

On the ground floor villa features new, modern and spacious air-conditioned kitchen, dining and living area. On the first floor villa features 4 spacious bedrooms each with its own air-conditioning. Two bedrooms have direct exit to the south terrace on the first floor.

This pretty holiday home comprises two accommodation units connected by internal stairs. The house is nicely and functionally furnished and is perfect for relaxing holiday of two families. The outdoor pool and all other amenities are for your use only (exclusively). Our Villa is located in a quiet urban neighbourhood and some restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The closest beach is around 350 m away from the Villa.
