Welcome to The Mallard House. A cozy cottage overlooking the Cumberland River. Bring the dogs and relax on the wrap-around porch. We offer all the kitchen tools to cook a delicious meal and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. The Mallard house is conveniently located 15 minutes from the quaint town of Dover where you can find all the necessities. Nashville is 1.5 hours for those wanting a day trip to the city and Land Between the Lakes is 20 minutes for those seeking outdoor adventures!

Shelby Creek Shanty

Shelby Creek is modular by design, shanty by attitude. It's a work in progress-wallpaper, a new front deck, and retaining wall are on the way--think of it as the shanty getting a little glow-up (but still keeping its flannel shirt on). Essentials are here: outdoor deck, fire pit, wi-fi, hammock, kayaks, and unbeatable sunsets. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable & clean. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, small families/groups looking to relax, recharge, and reconnect with nature.

Hall’s Lake House

"Looking for a place with family or friends? The spare bedroom offers two bunk beds with a convenient 1/2 bath next door. The living room has a pull-out couch, and the master bedroom includes a private bathroom with the house’s only shower. Each room comes with a TV. The house is just 30 seconds from the water, making it a perfect getaway. We're currently updating and painting, but the space is ready for rent now. Stay tuned for updated pictures as we make improvements over the winter!"

Cozy farmhouse on a large farm

Relax with your family at this peaceful farm with a gated entrance. This is an older farmhouse with views of pasture and woodland acres, a spring, and a pond. Bring your fishing poles. Well behaved pets are allowed. The woods in the back have a walking trail, you will need your hiking shoes. Scenic and hidden, yet convenient location next to Fort Campbell and Clarksville. Comfortable exit to a major highway. This is a rare, private farm experience with all modern necessities.

Relaxing, Beautiful Waterfront, w/Dock, Firepit

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located in Land Between the Lakes (LBL), this property is all about peace, quiet, and relaxing vibes. It is located on a secluded cove off Lake Barkley. The cove and lake boast an abundance of birds and raptors including Cranes, Blue Heron, Bald Eagles and Osprey. The house is between Paris and Dover. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and antique stores. Highly rated Paris Landing State Golf Course is only 15 minutes away.

Land Between the Lakes area offers this 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage w/cozy living room. Totally remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and large farm sink. Home is close to boat ramps, grocery stores, and national parks. Located off Spring Street in Dover City limits. Washer and dryer in carport w/large water heater. New central heat and air HVAC with extra insulation to keep you cool, or warm!

Lake Living at it’s Best!

Relax and enjoy the view in this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house across the street from Kentucky Lake. More pictures will be added of bedrooms 2 and 3 as soon as finished renovating! The loft area has a pool table and a futon for extra sleeping or sitting space. The kitchen is fully functional and equipped with plenty of dishes and utensils. A K-cup style coffee maker makes a delicious fresh cup every time!

Rustic Retreat on 110 Acres with Lake Access

A 120+ year old cabin located on 110 acres with access to the Cumberland River. A hunter/fisherman's dream or those looking for an escape. The property joins 1500 acres of federal land.
