Katie’s place was very comfortable and extremely clean. She is a very responsive host who goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home.

Ms. Brandy, our host, communicated a lot before our visit, answering questions and giving us information about what was available in the home. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcoming goodie tray (which the grandkids grabbed right away), homemade soap, popcorn, lotions, laundry pods. The kitchen is extremely well stocked (even an air fryer) and the appliances are top notch. Brandy even gave us a heads up about a fireman's fundraiser right around the corner, so we could contribute to the local community. She was very open to texts and questions during our visit. Dollar Store around the corner is extremely well stocked and even carries produce. My family and grandkids had a wonderful time at Turtle Cove. Recommend!!

Wow! This house really hit us the jack pot for our stay! What an amazing experience we had. The hosts were wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Smooth experience and no headache. My friends were all beyond satisfied with the house and the way it was hidden behind the woods for privacy. Not only that but a walking distance to the lake! The boat experience was also awesome and very smooth! Loved every single second of it! I Would love to rent this house again! Will definitely come back again!

Casa de la Musica was perfect for our family gathering over Thanksgiving. The entire property has a charming musical theme with interesting art and decor. There were plenty of bedrooms to spread out and lots of open spaces to gather to eat, play games, do puzzles, or just relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance, pots & pans or utensils that one would need to cook a feast, including spices and condiments galore. I was especially impressed to find a standing mixer! The bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo, lotion, make-up remover wipes and plenty of toilet tissue and extra towels -- above and beyond any of our previous rentals. We also enjoyed playing pool and soaking in the hot tub. It was only 10 minutes down the road from one of our favorite state parks (Pokagon) where we enjoyed a fun toboggan ride and visit to the nature center with the kids. Shauna & Sean were very welcoming and responsive in answering all of our questions. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Rented this newer lake house directly on water (no road between) w/ my sisters+spouses for a perfect week in August. Loved the ample space to gather, cook, eat, chat, play cards indoors or out! Bedrooms upstairs, kitchen/family room below. Comfortable beds for all and ample seating indoors and out for conversation or lounging. Mostly enjoyed dining outdoors at the dining table and chairs on patio but eat in kitchen with dining table a plus when needed. Great views from common areas downstairs and front bedrooms of quiet end of the lake with wooded views across lake rather than homes. Family enjoyed paddle boards, kayaks, and floats (a few of each) provided with home. The dock provides direct lake access for water sports but is also tucked behind and just at end of a small reeded area where we watched a swan family enjoying their vacation on the lake too! Chad was nearby and very responsive to all questions and needs. Perfect week on the lake!

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my sister’s bachelorette in Angola, IN! The house was beautiful and spacious for all 12 of us. We visited pokagon state park and timbers steak house and had an overall lovely weekend. We are thankful for Ash opening up their home for us to enjoy!

Our time with friends at Sam and Christine’s was perfect! Peaceful and quiet which made for the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Spent hours floating on the very clear lake in the sunshine, visiting on the deck, kayaking, fishing and sitting around the fire pit while watching some of the most amazing sunsets. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Sam and Christine’s will defiantly be our choice next year for our annual getaway with friends!

We booked last minute due to other plans falling through due to floods in Kentucky. Jo was amazing and got us booked quickly. The cottage was comfortable. The lake was beautiful and peaceful. We will be returning when it's warm. We had an enjoyable trip exploring Shipshewana. We read in the sunroom and loved relaxing with a beautiful view. Thank you Jo for hosting us!

This was our third year staying at Chris’s cottage. The cottage was spotless as always, equipped with snacks, water, plenty of towels and amenities. The cottage is on Fish Lake, beautiful and peaceful but also fun to watch all of the water activities and wildlife. The weather was perfect. The mark of a fantastic place and location is never having to turn on the TV to pass the time. We will be back next year if it’s available! Thank you, Chris!

We loved our weekend on long lake. We had a nice relaxing time hanging out, fishing, enjoying a fire in the evening, etc. Also very much appreciated how stocked the house was with small things we needed, but wouldnt think to bring, like ziplock bags or just common kitchen tools. Overall, a great spot to chill on the lake and Laura and Steve are great hosts who respond quickly if there are any issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at Turtle Creek Cottage. The host was very responsive and friendly. The cottage was clean and was peaceful. It was close to Shipshewana and perfect for what we wanted. The lake was beautiful. The extra amenities that were left were nice and tasty as well. We would stay here again!

Had a relaxing long weekend with my wife and 3 kids. The kids loved fishing off the dock, playing in the sand, being out on the water on the kayaks, and wading in the water looking for clam's. fishing was good off the dock but didn't have any luck out on the water, but we saw them jumping so theyvare in there. Boat launch was easy to get innand out of. The location was super peaceful with a beautiful sunset over the water while enjoying the fire pit and making smores. House had everything we needed and was super clean and organized. Neighbor's were friendly and even tried to help me fix my boat while it was having issues. Host was responsive but also didn't need to chat much as everything was perfect. would love to stay here again for a long weekend!
