The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Our fully self-contained apartment is set in a peaceful neighbourhood, a short stroll down to the jetty, new boat ramp and famous long white beach. The apartment is on the ground floor of our newly built two storey home. You have private access with no stairs or steps, parking at the front door, a well-lit driveway and entrance, off-street parking for boats, free wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning. The private outdoor area and lounge overlooks our spacious garden with your own BBQ.

North facing warm and bright shack that makes the most of the sun all year. This is a contemporary take on a 1950's beach shack with louvres to make the most of sea breezes. It is situated opposite a reserve, 200m walking distance to the two main beaches, with a quiet off-road walking path directly in front of the house that cuts through directly to the popular penguin point beach. There is large deck to enjoy the surrounding natural vegetation equipped with festoon lighting.

The pod was designed by Troppo Architects and built by Oscar Builders . In recognition of the thought, design approach and build quality, the Klein Pod has been furnished sparsely but with quality and purposeful use in mind. The single unit has a small kitchenette, lounge area, queen bed and combustion heater. Out on the deck you can relax on the day bed. The shower is outside behind a rustic privacy screen.

This cottage is situated on the edge of "Innes National Park" on the Yorke Peninsula. It is a two bedroom home which is well suited to one couple or a small family. A maximum of x4 adults (2 couples) or a family with x2 adults & x2 children. Linen is NOT supplied, you will need sheets, towels, tea towel, bath mat. (quilts, pillows & blankets are at the house)
