You’ll love my place because of the sea view, its tranquility, the garden, and its central location close to Cape Town Airport and the Winelands. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. My place is very good for couples as well as solo adventurers and - if you don’t mind sharing one open space with everyone - even for small families (with kids).

Ideally located, only a scenic 20 min drive into the tourist town of Stellenbosch. 40 min to Cape Town CBD. 10 min to the beach. 1 hour to Hermanus (whale viewing and shark diving). Plenty of wine estates for tasting /meals (Lourensford & Vergelegen only 5 minutes away). Many hiking trails & MTB trails within walking/cycling distance. My place is good for couples , adventurers, business travelers.

The tiny 22 square meters is stylish and quaint with its own entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. It is completely private and guests are welcome to come and go at leisure. The cottage is situated on a family property, but feel free to enjoy the beautiful garden. We have two very friendly dogs who are not allowed in the cottage but have free range of the garden.
