Luxury wellness home in a fantastic location

It is a fantastic luxury house with plenty of privacy. Friendly host. The living room is cozy and warm, with a gas fireplace and underfloor heating. You can see the sheltered and covered whirlpool steps from the house, all bubbling with beautiful views. Downstairs is a nice infrared sauna. There are three full double bedrooms, making it suitable for six adults. Das denkmalgeschützte Haus, das sich mitten in Nordhorn befindet wurde saniert und im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Auf knapp 60m² erwartet Sie ein offener Wohn- & Essbereich mit einer ausgestatteten Küche, ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Maisonette-Zimmer, das man über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Oben angekommen befinden sich nochmal 2 Einzelbetten. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Fön. WLAN & ein Parkplatz sind vorhanden.
