Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. Traditional villa Nasia &Lidia.

Our Villa! Is our pride ! Traditional Villa Nasia is a peace of art. The house has been bulid from my father Kleovoulos from stone and wood , like the traditional housing in Kalathos village! All items have been carefully been choosen and fixed from hand. The view is Spectaculare! From the balcony we overlook the Sea! The villa is fully equipped with A/C, Free Wifi,a full equipped kitchen with espresso machine,all neccessities for cooking, bbq oven, everything you need for easy going holidays.

Hartso - Traditional loft, 10 mins from the beach

The name “Hartso” (in greek: Χαρτσό), derived from the word Copper (in greek: Χαλκός) has been maintained for this house to date by the residents of the village, because of its initial use as forge in the late 1800s. Its Architecture has the characteristics of the traditional single-room with swirling arch houses of Rhodes, with fireplace and a wooden “paga” (i.e. traditional bench). Ideal for couple, 300m from the beach, has seaview and terrace.

'Niovi'centrally located apart.

This cosy apartment is located just 5 minutes walk from the main beach of Faliraki, in the commercial area. 2016 comes with renovated rooms - garden and private barbecue for our guests. Restaurants, bars, cafe, and shops just outside the door.
