It is a tiny house built on the dam of a pond with the front being level with the ground while the back is approximately 14ft. in the air for a treehouse vibe. Enjoy fishing, the outdoor shower or relaxing by the fire when you aren't sleeping among the trees.

This lakefront property is perfect for a fishing trip, golf trip, couples retreat, family vacation, and more. Barn apt w/ a view- perfect, peaceful getaway!

When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

Located on 3.5 acres at the end of a country lane, the Shiny Tiny overlooks a pastural yard. Very private. Lots of Boat/trailer parking. Just a short stroll to Lake Neely Henry. Tiny Haven is a cozy tiny home nestled on our beautiful rustic farm overlooking Big Canoe Creek. Listen to the ripples of the creek while you enjoy your morning coffee on the beautiful deck. Enjoy exploring the property, play with some adorable and cuddly goats, and relax in nature with a hike through the woods or nearby at Big Canoe Creek Nature Preserve (only 2 miles away). This 422 acre preserve features miles of hiking, horseback riding trails, mountain bike trails, kayaking and more.

Clovers Cabin

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

Hobbit House at Nomad’s Land *Enchanted Getaway*

Nestled in the community gardens of Nomad’s Land is an earthen hobbit house, with a living roof and a bottle wall that lets in glorious colored sunlight. Our hobbit house is constructed from raw wood beams taken from local woods and non-traditional building styles. Snuggle into the queen size canopy bed and enjoy a retreat into the Shire. Brew a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy the morning bird song, chicken a in the nearby garden and sounds of nature.

The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).
