Από τα πιο ωραία διαμερίσματα που έχω μείνει στην πόλη της Θεσσαλονίκης! Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική καθώς βρίσκεσαι κοντά σε μαγαζιά για φαγητό, για ποτό, σούπερ μάρκετ, και ότι μπορεί να χρειαστείς! Το διαμέρισμα δεν είναι στο κεντρικό δρόμο γεγονός που του προσφέρει ησυχία! Η διακόσμησή του και τα υλικά κατασκευής του, το κάνουν να ξεχωρίζει! Ένα πραγματικό κόσμημα! Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλικοί και πάντα διαθέσιμοι για να μας εξυπηρέτησουν! Τέλος η ύπαρξη πάρκινγκ το κάνει να ξεχωρίζει, μόλις μερικά δευτερόλεπτα από το διαμέρισμα! Θα το ξανά επιλέξουμε σίγουρα στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη στη Θεσσαλονίκη!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was kind, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was well-maintained and they left thoughtful gifts. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-cared-for space!

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Really comfortable and well equipped. Lots of nice details. Feels like a real home. Perfect location — local area is great, lots of cafes, restaurants etc. Easy walk down to the waterfront or up to the old town. Effie was a great host, super helpful and welcoming. We stayed as a family of four for ten days and we were all very sad to leave at the end and would love to come back, both to the flat and to Thessaloniki.

Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα! Ο οικοδεσπότης έδωσε σαφείς οδηγίες, ήταν φιλικός και μας παρείχε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν (βρεφικό κρεβάτι). Ο χώρος καθαρός, περιποιημένος και ζεστός. Η περιοχή εξαιρετικά όμορφη και προσβάσιμη σε εστιατόρια και καφετέριες, με μια μικρή δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ (στενοί δρόμοι και πολλά παρκαρισμένα αυτοκίνητα από μόνιμους κατοίκους της περιοχής). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

3 nice days in SKG for friday & the weekend! Very convenient location as everything including the center or the suburbs for the malls is max 5 to 10 minutes away by bus / metro or car from the apartment. Also liked that most services like pharmacy, supermarket or restaurants are like 500m meter walk away. Main reason I booked it. Aparment is minimalist and comfy (corner sofa), also liked that its not much stairs, and kinda discreet, so you are left alone without having to meet apartment neighbor residents while going in 'n out. Only honest cons / downsides is you gotta figure out the water in the electric panel, behind the door, took me awhile at first but it takes only 10 minutes to get hot. Also the windows should lock a little easier and less moving parts or things hanging on the wall like stronger shelves / racks with things atop that can fall if you hit your head on them by mistake, (I broke a cheap clay incense burner this way) but the host was pretty understanding overall 👌

We had a good time staying at the place. It was clean, we were received personally and it was easy and uncomplicated to reach our host. The location was perfect for us. It's within broader walking distance from the center and easy to get around with public transportation.

Εξαιρετικος χωρος με ολες τις ανεσεις. Το σημειο ειναι κεντρικο και ευκολα προσβασιμο.

The location is exquisite, a superb village which is nothing like a traditional rural area. The house is perfect, very clean and cosy. We communicated very well with the hosts too. It was great for relaxing with kids.

Η διαμονή μας του συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Είναι σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης και έχει πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σχεδόν παντού. Αν κοιμάστε ελαφρά καλό θα ήταν να έχετε μαζί σας μία μάσκα ύπνου γιατί το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ φωτεινό.

Savvas was excellent host. There were some internet connection problems but it doesn't bother me at the end. the place was peaceful and got ful of serenity which I enjoy! its located also close to the best monuments around like passa gardens, eptapirgio where you can relax go for walk or find tasty restaurants. the whole experience was great and I really appreciate Savva's kindness and proximity!

Ένα πολύ όμορφο κατάλυμα, που βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση από το κέντρο της πόλης. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν εξαιρετική και άμεση. Οι πληροφορίες ήταν ακριβείς και έγκυρες. Για ολιγοήμερη διαμονή συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό και σε κεντρικό σημείο. Το συνισταμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Erste Kontakte eine Woche vor Ankunft. Sehr nett. Herzliche Begrüßung mit Schlüsselübergabe und schon einige Tipps und Erklärungen. Ein grandioser Blick bis zum Hafen und Oberstadt. Komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, direkt zum zu Hause fühlen. Ruhig aber dennoch kurze Wege ins Zentrum, Hafen, Cafés... Zwischendurch noch Besichtungstipps erhalten und zu guter Letzt eine einfache Übergabe zur Abreise. Schade eigentlich... Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt, dem ist nichts gut genug. 🙃

We really liked our stay at Despina's place. The apartment was clean, and well-equipped, and the view was amazing from the balcony. It's in a great location, you can find supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby, and also the sights are not far from it. Only thing is that the elevator was near to the apartment and was a little bit noisy, but not disturbing.

Ο Χρήστος άψογος οικοδεσπότης!! Πάντα απαντούσε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε!! Πάρκινγκ άνετο δίπλα από το σπίτι! Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα..

Excellent stay, we had a wonderful time with our 18 month old infant son, great value for money, excellent location, hosts were friendly and always available for assistance. highly recommended for any couple with a baby in Thessaloniki!
