You will be 10 minutes away from a boat ride to downtown NYC & a 20 minute car ride to Brooklyn via our beautiful Verrazano Bridge & 20 minutes by car to New Jersey.

We are a 10-15 minute bus ride from the ferry, a 10 minute walk to RUMC, 17 minute drive to SIUH and 5 minute drive to Wagner College.
