Jeffersonville, IN, is a lovely place to stay if you want to enjoy the city of Louisville but still have a small-town walking experience. The house is beautiful, the amenities are great, and the garage for the car is a great bonus. There was a minor snafu getting into the house when the code didn't initially work, but Eric quickly reached out to us via the doorbell, and we all resolved the issue without too much trouble. We would definitely return!

We love Old Louisville and it was so nice to visit and be able to stay in our old neighborhood! Eric’s place was clearly recently renovated and very modern. Overall it is a good place to stay. The management group was very communicative, lots of emails and check ins via text, and responsive when we encountered a minor issue.

Perfect little home away from home in the heart of Louisville. Nettie’s place has everything you need along with convenience of being able to get to anywhere you’d want to go while in town. Annette is the sweetest host who goes above and beyond to communicate and ensure you feel taken care of. If we’re lucky enough to visit the derby again in the future, we would definitely look at staying here. Thank you for a great stay Annette!

The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. From movie nights in the comfy living room to making meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, every moment felt special. The kids had room to play, and we loved enjoying quiet mornings on the porch with coffee and birdsong. It was a truly relaxing and refreshing escape, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
