C8 and C5 trails are almost on your doorstep!

The West Branch of the Oswegatchie River is at your doorstep. Near the apt are numerous ponds-French Pond, Long Pond, Round Pond, Rock Pond, Trout Pond, Clear Pond and Mud Pond which are all from 10 yards away to within 2 miles! Direct Snowmobiling, ATV-ing, Hiking, Kayaking with plenty of parking.

Captain’s Quarters at Water’s Edge

A sweet spot right on the lake/river in the heart of the far north Ny! Great space for a couple or single, whether for a long term stay or a short vacation! A good fit for elderly guests with the handicap whirlpool and 4’ shower. The main bedroom is on the first floor! There are also two private bedrooms upstairs. A cottage in Belfort,NY situated adjacent to the Belfort Inn Bar & Grill, sharing a parking lot with the establishment. Located in the Adirondacks, it offers convenient access to snowmobile and ATV trails. This property is ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Public water access is available just 350 feet down the road. Guests can also enjoy dining and refreshments at the Belfort Inn, located just around the corner. Retail gas also available on premises.

The local vet clinic is 1.3 miles away with the nearest Walmart 1.5 miles away The Studio apartment is pet friendly (we love dogs)

Cabin at Laing Family Farm

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
