This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

Julio was a great host from the moment I reached out needing a flexible check in. Extremely responsive and quick to get me the information I needed. As for the place itself, beautiful and clean. It made the second half of my vacation go by super smooth. All the details were accurate and I had everything I needed at the spot as well as in the surrounding areas. There is literally a beach right down the block! Would love to stay here again the next time I visit. HIGHLY recommend !!

This house is AMAZING! Exactly what you see in the pictures if not better! STUNNING!!! Property is beautiful, very spacious and VERY clean. We loved the location, close to everything in the city, private and very safe! Carlos and Adamirka are great hosts. Very responsive and attentive, always checking in if we needed anything. They make you feel at home and have awesome perks; from having a vehicle available for rent right at the property to also having a chef available for whenever you don’t wanna go out at a great price! Kitchen is also very equipped and they provide a pantry with some essentials and water! This has been my fav place to stay, A LOT BETTER THAN A RESORT! We will definitely stay here every time we go to DR. Thank you Carlos and Adamirka, we will be back very soon!

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Perla Marina. The house was spacious, well taken care of and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We didn't sped a great deal of time in the pool, but it was nice when we did. The property manager, Jose, was very helpful & responsive to any questions.

Alexander is very friendly and a fantastic host. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and close to the local public beach and within walking distance to Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit as well. The restaurant, Maria’s, is just a short walk away and very delicious.

Excelente alojamiento y ubicación cerca de Playa Dorada, con todas las amenidades y muy limpio en una zona tranquila. Tuvimos inconvenientes para ubicar la puerta, pero Jhonady nos asistió oportunamente. Recomendada!
