A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

Coles Beach is 300m away. The Don reserve, aquatic centre, historic railway and Bluff cafe/restaurants are all within easy walking distance via pathways.

The nearby walking/bike path leads westward to the wharf precinct where you can take a Leven River tour or enjoy ‘Live at the Wharf’ at Gnomon Pavilion for an entertaining Friday evening, Pier 01 offers fine food and dining or visit the Sunday market to stock up on produce. Take the path eastward to the famous Turners Beach Berry Patch for a taste of local fruits and great coffee and wine.

You will be staying on our working farm that is home to platypus in the dams, a small herd of Speckle Park beef cattle and some fat and friendly goats. The farm is proudly centered eco-friendly, regenerative principles, promoting a healthy environment for birds, insects and other life to flourish.

Central Grove Apartment is situated within the town centre of Ulverstone. Close to beach, river etc. Base for commuting to Cradle Mountain, Stanley and the many other attractions on the North West and West Coast. Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region.
