This is a newly renovated home in a two-unit house in Port Ewen, 5 min to historic Kingston. We have carefully planned and renovated this home with a work/leisure lifestyle in mind. The space is designed for an individual, a couple, close friends, or a small young family. There are swimming places and parks walking distance as well as amazing coffee, shopping, art, attractions, events, etc. Note that this place has noise from traffic on the main road (ear buds and white noise machine provided).

Our historic street also features 1700s homes and a farm/brewery.

They are a short 10 minute drive away. Rhinebeck offers multiple shops, restaurants and historic sites. Hyde Park is home to the Culinary Institute and it’s many restaurants as well as FDR estate. You are within walking distance to our local library, park, River & Post restaurant and pickleball court.

Nestled among the trees, this bright and serene home is off a quiet road just minutes outside the village of Rhinebeck. The house features lots of light, direct pond view, indoor fireplace, and renovated kitchen. We offer a great value while providing high-end amenities like luxury linens and towels, hybrid memory foam beds, and down pillows and comforters. This home sleeps eight (and up to ten with the two rollaway beds) and is the perfect getaway for a group trip or family stay.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.
