Ginger Thomas Villa in Cruz Bay

Amazing views of Cruz Bay and St Thomas, conveniently located near town with access to the ferry, shopping, grocery, and restaurants. Minutes drive to the beautiful north shore beaches. Expansive outdoor living and pool to cool off in the evening after a day at the beach. Beautiful sunsets over the Caribbean toward St Thomas. Ginger Thomas is built on two levels with a king size bedroom and full bathroom on each floor. Ginger Thomas has spectacular unobstructed views of the Caribbean waters and neighboring islands, the town of Cruz Bay and the mountains of St. John. It is located on Pocket Money Lane, a private cul-de-sac. The town of Cruz Bay and the ferry dock are .4 miles from the villa. We suggest renting a vehicle in order to see the island and enjoy town and the beaches. As you arrive at Ginger Thomas, the lush landscaping welcomes you to your home away from home. The main floor living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and two bar chairs. The main living area leads you through an expansive 18 foot wide sliding pocket door that opens to the large outdoor living space. A portion of the living space is a covered veranda with a comfortable wicker couch, dining table and a Weber gas grill for your convenience while you enjoy the spectacular sunset with boats sailing in the distance across the Caribbean waters. The other portion of the outdoor living space is uncovered and includes chaise lounges in the sun and a beautiful splash pool on the deck. On the lower level, via an exterior staircase, French doors lead you to a suite with A/C and a king size bed. The room has a full bath suite and a mini fridge, TV and DVD player. There is a house generator for any power outages that might occur on island. There is a 50 inch flat screen satellite TV in the living room as well as the lower level. There is also a collection of games and books. The property has many amenities such as WiFi, bluetooth speakers, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, UV water purification system, dishwasher, washer/dryer and A/C in the bedrooms. There is a walking path through the garden around the property.

Water View, 2 King Primary Suites, pool, private

Perfect for 1 or 2 couples, Blue Kai has plenty of space indoors and out. Enjoy the comfortable sitting areas by the pool or on the partially covered front porch, sipping cocktails and watching the boats in Coral Harbor. Both bedrooms have outdoor, native stone showers and AC. The kitchen is well equipped with a large prep area. You will find everything you need for dinner in. Blue Kai is located in the quiet Seagrape Hill neighborhood with paved roads and a paved driveway (as of Oct 2024)

BIG SKY VILLA: sunset view;private pool;2 kitchens

Enjoy sunset views, private pool, 2 kitchens, and 4 king beds w/ ensuite baths. *New June '25- solar back up power. Just a 10 minute drive from Cruz Bay and 15 minutes to North shore beaches. The main level of the villa is air conditioned and consists of 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and washer and dryer. The lower level accessed via interior staircase, is air conditioned with 2 bedrooms, a living area with a pull out couch, studio kitchen. Air mattress available. Beach chairs and cooler provided.

Gorgeous views from every room, Pool, A/C

House Aceso was newly listed on the rental market at the very end of 2022 after five full months of renovations, upgrades, and new furniture/appliances shipped in. Come spend some time unwinding and relaxing while soaking in the incredible views. Located on the quiet side of the island in Coral Bay, our home is nestled among the natural beauty of St. John—home to wild goats, sheep, and donkeys!
