We had a wonderful stay at Julie’s place! It was perfect for our family of four to enjoy our first (and not last!) visit to St. John. The views are absolutely stunning and the infinity pool is a dream. Her home is a quick and easy drive to shopping and dining and to the beaches. We spent the day exploring the beaches and our late afternoons enjoying the infinity pool. Check in was easy as the property manager met us at the market and guided us to Julie’s home. I had a few questions once we checked in and the property manager was always quick to respond and was extremely cheerful and pleasant. I highly recommend Julie’s home and will definitely stay again next time we visit St. John!

Just Right Villa was exactly that. It was a great place for our stay on St John. We loved the deck and the amazing view of Coral Bay. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we made good use of the ceiling fans. We didn’t use the A/C. The kitchen was very well stocked. We appreciated the beach gear and the basket of beach towels. It was all so fabulous and I really hope we can visit again. Greg was super nice to communicate with. Thank you.

Honeymoon was conveniently situated within walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and cruise Bay ferry. What a nice stay! I’ll be a return customer :)

Location is on the "quiet" side of the island, great views, clean, and stocked with all the items you would need for your vacation. If anything is needed, you can reach out via phone/email and someone will get back to you quickly to assist which was really nice. Groceries/food is a little pricier on St. John, stock up at St. Thomas if you'd like.

Amelia is a responsive, friendly and helpful host and the home more than lived up to expectations. While I could tell the house is a home that is loved, the way it is decorated it doesn't feel like someone else's home when one is staying in it, which is hugely important to me when I travel. Waking up with the sound of birdsong in Coral Bay is very special and this house is the perfect place for that, and also close to great beaches such as Trunk Bay, Maho Beach, Cinnamon Bay. I highly recommend this rental.

The best stay ever! We were here for 10 days for our honeymoon and had such an amazing time! Not only is the villa perfect but so is the location! Elena made the check in/check out process so easy and seamless. She has the place stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay! The bed is so comfortable and the kitchen is gorgeous. The view is spectacular with a rainbow almost every morning! We can’t wait to come back!

Two couples vacationing in paradise! We loved Kim’s home. It’s perfect for two couples to have their own space yet a communal area to enjoy together. The location was perfect for exploring Choral Bay with a quick way to get to some North Shore Beaches. The road/driveway was challenging but after a few trips up and down we mastered the drive and even walked it a few times just for a workout ;) Kim was very helpful and proactive when the power went out and was always available for any questions or help that was needed. I would definitely rent from her again. We loved the home and location!

Amazing views in a very well equipped home! This place has it all - from the comfortable beds to the peaceful outdoor patio - and was exactly as described. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and especially the snorkeling gear, which we used every day as we explored different beaches across the island. This home is a decent drive up a steep road so renting a jeep is highly recommended. We will definitely return to this home in paradise!

My wife, daughter, and I had a great stay at Elysium for our February vacation. The pool was a nice feature, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The view of Fish Bay was a highlight—really beautiful. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive. Five stars from us!

Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Villa Solare was the perfect place for our group. We loved the separation if people wanted to go hang in their own area but plenty of space for us to hang as a group in the main house and patio area. The views are incredible (pictures don't even do it justice!). The pool was fantastic and we loved that it was saltwater. The water temp was perfect. Susan provided PLENTY of amenities (TP, paper towels, spice cabinet stocked, etc) for our 8-day stay. The grill was an excellent feature (we grilled out multiple nights and never ran out of fuel). Highly recommended & hope to stay here again the future!

I have to say House Aceso absolutely out weighed all expectations!! It’s even better than the pictures suggest. Kandee has thought of everything as far as amenities (there’s even a crockpot if you do choose). The main is where it’s at, the view, the sound of the wind, and decor is all top notch and just the perfect vacation vibe. The house is super clean and spacious. The bedrooms are exactly what you need. The 2 bathrooms are extremely useful for a larger group. The pool deck is fantastic as well! Book this house and you will not be disappointed!!

The condo is brand new! Great modern design. No clutter in the house. Very clean. Nora and Bruce were great hosts and easy to work with. The pool is shared by the other few units in the building, and clean, and about 7’x20’, but we were the only ones in the pool when we wanted to use it. The unit is very walkable in less than 15 minutes to all of Cruz Bay shops and restaurants, which is great because parking in the Buisness district is difficult. The condo is located in the same port as the car ferry and you can see both the port water and the ocean from the unit, great view. The immediate area is a mix of industrial and local residential housing. There is a combo washer/dryer for small loads that each took 3 hrs. Chairs and cooler availible. The national park and beaches are either a drive or taxi ride away. The beaches had clear water and great snorkeling! We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend the unit to others and consider staying there if we were to go again.

Periwinkle was a wonderful beachy island getaway! The fun open air layout made our trip even more unique. The views of Coral Bay from the pool, deck, and screened in living space were gorgeous at sunrise and sunset. The beds were comfortable and a wonderful place to stretch out after a long day of beach visits. Periwinkle was a fun and exciting first stop for our vacation!

Beautiful home with stunning water view. on a clear day we could see St Croix. Spacious house with retractable glass doors and great grill and pool area. Our local house manager was friendly and exceptionally helpful and responsive. Easy drive down to Cruz Bay for grocery shopping and eating out. We loved it.

Palm Breeze is an absolute beauty. The views are stunning. The location is close to some real cute bars and restaurants, and great beaches. You will need to travel to Cruz Bay for more activities. The home is welcoming and nicely decorated. Great wrap arounds and patio. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. Our host Dena, was wonderful. She met us at Dolphin Market and showed us the way. She also got us in early and responded quickly to any questions. The description was a bit confusing, the home is really only a four bedroom home. We had ten people, 65-70, and the room with the sleeper sofa and work station was not at all comfortable. The sofa bed has a thin foam mattress and when opened you need to crawl in from the foot of the bed. The steps to the master bedroom are difficult to navigate, but there is an outside entrance from the patio. We knew the owners car would be in the driveway, but did not realize the inconvenience. Unloading and loading the cars was not easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The views were priceless!!! We enjoyed the sunsets followed by the lit up St Thomas every evening and the morning views with coffee were so serene. Kitchen had everything we needed… the kids enjoyed the loft and we parents loved having our own space. The pool views were also beautiful and even though it was a shared space we hardly saw anyone there. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at the Mooncottage for our honey moon. The place is amazing in all levels. The views are breathtaking and the set up of the cottage is perfect for a romantic get away. We had the best time ever!

Condo was very nice, well equipped, nice pool with very central location to restaurants and shops. We had 2 minor glitches but both were resolved quickly.

We had a great stay at Carmel By The Sea! It's a beautiful home with everything you need during your stay. Cold water and snacks were waiting there when we arrived. The pool was well-maintained, and the grounds were filled with plants. The bathroom is open-air, which we loved.

Our family of four, with two teens truly enjoyed this beautiful property during our stay in St. John. The Villa is the perfect spot with a stunning view of Coral Bay. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the villa and all the ammenities. The outdoor patio and pool were our favorite places to hang out. There was plenty of space to gather as a family and also have some much needed personal space. Everything was amazing, from the communication from John, and his two property managers we had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay. I highly recommend Blue Palm Villa!
