Villa w/ Pool, AC, 2 King BR, views, BACK UP POWER

Sugarapple at Kapok Villas is a beautiful spot for your St. John, USVI getaway. This spacious unit is well lit w/ vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms with AC, 2 full bathrooms & a full service kitchen with breakfast bar that flows into the open dining and living room areas. The covered outdoor balcony has majestic views of the lush VI National Park & beautiful blue Caribbean Sea. There is an expansive pool deck area with a full size pool, tiki bar & entertainment area. 12 minute drive to the beach!

Upper Grande Bay-1BR king plus sofabed

Either rent the one bedroom or studio side. Whichever is available and meets your needs. This unit is listed for the one bedroom side with full kitchen and parking. Renting studio only does not include parking...Newly renovated 1 bedroom unit studio not included. This listing is for one bedroom with king bed and a foldout in the LR in the heart if Cruz Bay at Grande Bay Resort. Master Suite w/ kitchen , king bed, plus queen foldout, balcony & washer/dryer plus optional studio as seen.

St. Thomas USVI, Waterfront Condo, Affordable

Beautiful Waterfront Condo, in gorgeous St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, overlooking Red Hook and uninhabited islands. All 32 condos were recently renovated as of 2020. Renovations are now complete on all units, and includes new exterior, new windows, doors, glass sliding doors all to building code. Inside the condo recent updates include a new kitchen, new stove, new ceiling fans, new bathroom vanity, new furniture. Air Conditioning a split level 24k unit works great and pumps cold A/C.

Oceanfront Beach Hideaway Retreat

Beautiful Caribbean oceanfront 1BR/1BA renovated condo with private balcony and stunning views. RARE corner unit with both ocean and garden views, and the only unit with full privacy on the west side! Luxury mattress topper in bedroom and powerful air conditioning with ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Excellent WiFi with backup WiFi generator (extremely rare to find on the island). 5-min walk to Vessup Beach! Enjoy the waves crashing day and night. Washer and dryer inside condo!

A waterfront, spacious luxury 1 BR/1 BA condo, sleeps 4, with full kitchen. Sip rum punches and watch island sunsets from the high granite bar on the full-length deck, all overlooking the azure waters of Cruz Bay and the marina. New listing in excellent condition with modern artwork and high-quality furniture, A/C, ceiling fans and tile floors. Spacious living/dining area with expansive waterfront views. Includes: beach chairs, cooler, etc. and 1 reserved covered parking space.

Sunset Villa Studio Condo at The Hills Saint John

You have to see Sunset Villa for yourself! Sunset Villa is a stunning one bedroom studio with kitchenette, in a gated community, offering resort like amenities with amazing views! You will have access to The Clubhouse bar and restaurant (open seasonally), the game room including a pool and ping pong table and big screen television, sunset terrace, and community pool. Sunset villa has a private entrance and large windows so you can take in the view. You will not be disappointed!

Oceanside-Steps to the Beach-Bananaquit Condo

Bananaquit Condo is a family friendly oceanside 3 bedroom/3 bath vacation rental at Cowpet Bay Beach near Red Hook on the East end of St Thomas. Caribbean views and breezes await you from your private balcony. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach with palm trees, chairs, 2 restaurants, water sports rental and pool w/ hot tub. Restaurants and shopping a 10 minute drive into Red Hook or take the ferry to explore St John beaches. (More than 6 guests need prior approval from owner)
