Relaxing Waterfront Getaway

Relax waterfront home that you won’t want to leave. The rental is the main floor 2 Bedroom and 1 private bath (tub/shower combo) space. Shared common spaces are the living room, dining, kitchen sunroom, deck and fire pit. My upstairs area is well equipped for little interaction on the main floor. Bring your fishing pole, kayak or boat for the Pure Michigan experience. You will be a 5 minute walk away from Island Grill where you can enjoy food, drinks, entertainment on the water.

large 3rd floor loft clean and completely private.

Quick commute to area fishing near lake st clair, clinton river and st clair river. Very close to local venues and a short walk to downtown. Close to selfridge air base, all area hospitals, st John's, mcclaren, specialty select and close to bus line, police station and fire department. Many restaurants and the ymca and farmers market. Also, house has exterior surveillance and non invasive hall cameras for guests peace of mind.

Quiet, upstairs bedroom & Shared 1.5 bathroom . Just outside room is work space or study area with self amplified speakers that you can easily hook to lab top.
