Spacious 2 bedroom loft has all of the modern aminaties from a queen size bed to a 50" TV entertainment center, fireplace, washer dryer, pull out couch fully air conditioned. With a spectacular view of the lake, a large patio door leads to a covered deck picnic table and barbecue grill. Lake home with wrap around porch and dock.

Every room has a waterfront view! And home has a wrap around deck. Enjoy everything from fishing,swimming, or simply relaxing on the screened in porch.The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, den, laundry, 1/2 bath, and spacious master suite w/ full bath. The upstairs has 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. The basement comes with theater room, bar area, sleeper sofas, and full bath. A large bedroom w/ 2 full beds and another full bath completes the bottom floor. Fire pit area!

Shiny Tiny cute & quiet w/ lake access Neely Henry

Located on 3.5 acres at the end of a country lane, the Shiny Tiny overlooks a pastural yard. Very private. Lots of Boat/trailer parking. Just a short stroll to Lake Neely Henry. Shiny was a custom heavy-duty portable dental office, converted in 2019 to a 500 sf Tiny by the builder host. Pet Friendly. New, cute & cozy. Lake Access to kayak, swim or boat. Queen bedroom on main, living room & full kitchen w/ vaulted ceiling, bath w/ shower & real toilet, loft w/twin beds & private screened porch.

This spacious one floor all main level 3 BR/2 BA home is newly built and meticulously maintained. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Laundry room w/ a full size washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. Hot tub is cleaned out prior to every reservation and available upon request for a nominal fee.

Lakefront Apartment on Lake Logan Martin

This basement apartment is on the Pell City side of the lake close to the dam. It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. Enjoy a private entrance on the lower level with a large flat yard and dock while you stay at this well appointed apartment. The apartment was occupied full time for 3 years. Beautiful four bedroom home on Logan Martin Lake with lake front pool. 7 miles from Talladega speedway. Beautiful views on a quiet street make this the perfect getaway. Full kitchen, large porch for outdoor dining, master suite on main level. Beds: 1 California king, 2 queens, 3 fulls, 1 twin. Baths: 1 full, a jack and jill (2 toilets & 2 sinks, one shower), and 1 half bath. Pool is open mid-April through mid-October, depending on weather.
