The oversized covered deck features a stunning water view, large sectional +2 chairs centered around a gas fire table, outdoor dining table seating 10, a 65in. TV & 2 ceiling fans. Enjoy the fire pit w/ four adirondack chairs & an outdoor swing. The brand new dock is equipped w/1 boat slip + sea doo tie up for catching fish & sunshine. 4 kayaks - 2 up to 130lbs & 2 for adults + a large peddle boat too!!

Shiny Tiny cute & quiet w/ lake access Neely Henry

Located on 3.5 acres at the end of a country lane, the Shiny Tiny overlooks a pastural yard. Very private. Lots of Boat/trailer parking. Just a short stroll to Lake Neely Henry. Shiny was a custom heavy-duty portable dental office, converted in 2019 to a 500 sf Tiny by the builder host. Pet Friendly. New, cute & cozy. Lake Access to kayak, swim or boat. This spacious one floor all main level 3 BR/2 BA home is newly built and meticulously maintained. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. Laundry room w/ a full size washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. Hot tub is cleaned out prior to every reservation and available upon request for a nominal fee.

Lakefront Apartment on Lake Logan Martin

This basement apartment is on the Pell City side of the lake close to the dam. It has a huge porch overlooking the lake with outdoor table to enjoy dinner or coffee while watching sail boats or heron fly around. It's close to the Birmingham Sail Club and only 15 minutes to a supermarket. Enjoy a private entrance on the lower level with a large flat yard and dock while you stay at this well appointed apartment. The apartment was occupied full time for 3 years.
