Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

Had just a single nights stay for work nearby but the perfect place to lay my head! Quiet, comfortable and had everything I needed. Great communication with Jamie the host, easy check-in and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if working nearby.

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

A lovely little oasis in Edinburgh, this is a great place to stay if you prefer tranquility and quiet. The place was clean and communication was great. No frills but you should have just about everything you need for a short stay in the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and closer to some lovely spots of nature and peace.

This place was perfect for the six of us- and it even had a washer (one that could wash and dry!). We loved the artwork inside, too. The location was great, comfortable, and Trish helped with recommendations for food and travel. Street noise was no bother, though one must stick to the sidewalk when walking about.

We stayed at 63 Moubray Grove, South Queensferry for a Buissines trip and found the property well presented clean and tidy with all the modern amenities you could wish for in a quiet residential area. The property is easy to get to with local shops very close by also Dalmeny train station within an easy walk away. Nicky was extremely helpful and quick, easy communication.

Great place for the 6 of us, with the en suite bathrooms and bedrooms being on the back of the property, sleeping was great - Quiet, blackout shades, comfy beds. Spacious, so we never felt like we were crowded together. Location is perfect for all things Edinburgh.

We would 100% choose to stay at Dave’s place again. The location absolutely can’t be beat and looking out the bedroom window to see Edinburgh castle never stopped being amazing. You’re close to all the typical tourist spots and it’s easy to quickly get to everything without a vehicle. The apartment was clean and well-furnished with thoughtful touches like snacks and coffee, along with plenty of games and activities if you’re traveling with young ones and need a little down time. Dave was also very responsive and helpful by letting us drop our bags early and recommending the cafe across the street until we could check in (which he also was able to get us in earlier than expected.) Perfect place to stay to visit one of the most beautiful cities!

Without a shadow of a doubt, the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The photos really don't do the property justice; so light and airy yet still comfortable. Bags and bags of character; all furnished to a very high standard. Lots of thoughtful touches from the hosts, like phone chargers and adaptors in all the rooms in case you have forgotten anything, and a stash of Tunnocks Teacakes by the kettle! We booked the property as we were visiting St Andrews for a family wedding and needed a four bedroom property, but this would very comfortably accommodate eight adults. Now looking for another reason to visit St Andrews just so we can re-book. Amazing.

Apartment was great, views of the firth and it's bridges stunning. Short walk to the great pubs and restaurants.

Our stay at Steve and Gillian's place was wonderful. They had thought of everything. The atmosphere and surrounds were relaxing, modern and well presented.Some breakfast starters were thoughtful and appreciated The outdoor area was also beautiful. My husband and I loved this Airbnb! We ventured all the way out to Deans Village and would take the bus multiple times right back (or as close as) Victoria street. We had drinks at all of the close pubs and food options were endless. The place was accurate of all the pictures in the listing and had plenty of space for us to hang out. Using the washer for our clothes was equally helpful as well. We loved this place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

David and Stephen were incredible hosts! They had lots of recommendations upon request and provided a clean, cozy space for me to rest the jet lag away. Would absolutely stay again! (Also if you need CBD balms or oils, David has his own company and it’s superb!)

Thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay. Jennet was the consummate host: Friendly and attentive, with breakfast in the morning. Beautiful flat within easy walking distance of downtown Edinburgh. Katrina is a wonderful landlord who prepared plenty of drinks and bread for us, making it feel very homey! It's just a half-hour bus ride from the city center, and there's a supermarket right across the street, making the location very convenient. Thank you, Katrina! If I have the chance to visit Edinburgh again, I would definitely consider staying here!

We spent a very comfortable and relaxing time at Sue's place. The perfect host. The guest area is self contained and provided everything we needed and breakfast in the morning got us off to a good start. The Inn at Kingsbarns serves great food and the coastal walk is close by so both are definitely worth visiting.

Great place to stay right across from Arthur seat so we got to do that right way, it was right off the royal mile so we got to walk it from beginning to end. Lewis was a great host, super responsive and he is such a thoughtful host! Gave directions to get to his place in advance as well as recommendations!

From the moment I booked until the day we left, Jo was incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her breakfast selection was absolutely top-notch, a real highlight of the experience, and we truly lacked nothing during my time there. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to feel right at home. I would highly recommend Jo’s place to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again if I find myself back in Scotland. Thank you, Jo, for a wonderful and memorable stay!

I don’t know where to start! Ruth and Graham had to be the kindest, courteous, gracious, helpful, entertaining hosts ever! I honestly missed them and their lovely home the minute I left and I wasn’t even heading home. The house is what every Scottish cottage in a people rural area that allows you to slow down and appreciate everything around you. I was extremely fortunate because I got to see all the newly born sheep. They are the best and you should stay at least 4 nights to really unwind. Thanks you two! 🥰 -Ness

Great one night stay. Charming little cottage! Quiet, peaceful, warm, has everything you need and a wonderful place for country walks among the beautiful farms. The breakfast was five star and Rosemary was a very friendly and kind host. will have to come back for a longer stay.

The perfect little cottage within walking distance to everything! And John was the perfect host! His entire family worked as a team to insure our stay was amazing. They communicated well, always had great recommendations, and provided everything we could possibly need. This cottage is so close to EVERYTHING! I can’t stress this enough. There’s a GREAT restaurant, quaint little shops, a bakery, a convenience store, local attractions, etc. literally across the street. And I’ll add, while the cottage is central to everything, just off the main road, it’s sooooo quiet. You can’t go wrong booking John’s place!
