Tolle Location. Wenn man eine Safari im Wilpattu National Park machen möchte wirklich perfekt! Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht und weiß sehr viel über Tiere und Pflanzen. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker und allgemein einfach tolle Stimmung! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place to relax with a tasty buffet. Close to Udawalawa national park, with great drivers/guides. Shante was our driver, really nice man. Remember to bring mosquito repellent for being outside.

Wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis dort zu übernachten! Mit rauschenden wellen direkt bei den dünen einzuschlafen war wirklich toll! Das essen war super und das personal sehr zuvorkommend und hat und bei allen angelegenheiten weitergeholfen. Wir haben auch 2x die safari mi asela gemacht und waren begeistert von seinem wissen, wir hatten sogar glück und konnten an beiden tagen einen leoparden sehen, asela hat wirklich alles gegeben damit wir das beste safari erlebnis bekommen! Auch ein großes dankeschön an sukumal der und in der unterkunft jeden wunsch erfüllt hat!

Perfekter Aufenthalt zum entspannen und Natur genießen! Das Camp ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen, keine Touristen, eine intime, private und sehr herzliche Atmosphäre Dank Barbara, ihrer Familie und allen Mitarbeitenden. Alle waren sehr zuvorkommend und auf unser Wohl bedacht. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr gut. Es gibt kein Bedarf das Camp zu verlassen - Wellness, Surf-/Yoga-Lessons, wunderschöner Strand inkl. Beach-Volleyball-Möglichkeit und Restaurant. Auch die Hilfestellung bei Problemen mit Uber durch einen privaten Fahrer und Tips von regionalen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren sehr freundlich. Der Spieleabend mit Barbara und ihrer Familie war ebenfalls sehr nett und willkommen. Zu beachten ist, dass das Camp die Naturbelassenheit auszeichnet - das bedeutet auch Stechmücken und laute Meeresgeräusche in der Nacht :) Preis/Leistung war ebenfalls top, haben dort quasi „all in“ für wenig Geld gelebt :) Immer wieder sehr gerne!! We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in de glamping tent. De staff was zo bijzonder aardig, en zij hebben echt ons verblijf gemaakt!!! De georganiseerde safari was perfect met de beste gids en driver! De organisatie en eten/drinken was fantastisch! Wij zouden dit absoluut aanraden!

Staying at Rukmal's little jungle heaven was amazing. He responded quickly, picked us up from town, arranged a great safari (for a good price) and gave us lots of tips on what to do in the area. The tent had a mattress fitting two people perfectly, and was one of our most comfortable stays in Sri Lanka. Thank you so much for being an amazing host and showing us how to play your board game! Would recomend this place to anyone.

Worth every penny, that was one of the coolest stays I’ve ever had. The place was great, I would highly recommend it, it’s right beside the river which soothes the soul and Lulls you to sleep. I have to talk about the service, wow, incredible, I felt like royalty the way I was treated, and the main gentleman I believe his name was Dithu? He was beyond amazing, he went so out of his way to make me feel welcome, secure and cared for. He truly was amazing, all the staff were! As well as the main lady, I can’t remember her name! They also told me about cricket and we watched the fame while they prepared me a feast. Thankyou everyone for an incredible and memorable stay.

We had a great time at the campsite. Arrived on the bus around 9 and Kosala picked us up and brought us to the site. 450Rs for delicious fried rice when we arrived. Raised tent has 2 mattresses, pillows, a sheet, mosquito net, and electric fan with extra outlet if you need to charge phone. We brought our own towel but some might be available upon request. Complimentary Sri Lankan buffet for breakfast followed by the rafting. Complimentary tuk tuk pick up and drop off. We were on the water for about an hour total and got to spend some of it swimming in the river. Class 2/3 rapids so great for kids or first time rafters. Great time!

Great location, amazing waterfall, beautiful view, delicious traditional food and a nice family who was hosting us. Everything you wish for during your stay. Loved the small place in the middle of nature. I hope to come back some day!

What a beautiful place to stay. The tent was clean and tidy and the shower and toilet functioned well. Daily cleaning and making up of a very comfortable bed was a treat. However, the people here made it a joy. Raj and his team put in long hours and work so hard to make the safari camp as perfect as possible for guests. They were all, so respectful, considerate, friendly and happy and couldn’t do enough for you. If you are used to 5 star luxury hotels then this isn’t the place for you. But if you want to experience rusticity surrounded by nature, sharing surroundings with monkeys, monitor lizards, geckos, frogs, birds and insects then this is perfect. We also booked our safaris through the camp (Mahoora) and saw so much everyday. Our thanks go to all the staff involved in making our time truly memorable. We highly recommend this to anyone.

Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit mitten in der Wildnis! Es war eine perfekte Mischung aus Wildlife Experience, gutem Essen (nutzt das Barbecue Dinner im eigenen „Restaurant“!), freundlichem Personal und aufregender Safari, was für uns einen perfekten Aufenthalt im Camp ausgemacht haben. Absolute Empfehlung!

Our group had a very nice time in Yala. The facilities were as described and the staff were always super attentive and helpful.
