Great hosts, great place, great location! My recomendation.

Svetlana's son met me to let me in the apartment. He spoke excellent English and gave me lots of information. The apartment is located right next to a big park and fairly close to the river. Everything you would need (groceries, pharmacies, gym) is very close to the apartment.

Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом доме. Это абсолютно лучший вариант. Из возможных минусов это не высокий этаж и возможный шум от дороги. Но цена/качество ремонта/местоположение перекрывает все возможные мелкие неудобства

We stayed at the apartment for almost 2 months. The place is exactly as on the pictures, very well located, walking distance to old town. Shops just on the corner, also close to cafes and restaurants. The place was extremely clean and Nebojsa is an excellent host. Easy communication, quick response, very kind and pro active. I truly recommend the place and the host. We had a lovely time in Novi Sad.

Nice place, I think its spacier than it is shown on photos. I cant say it is new, but its pretty good. I didnt have problems with wifi or anything else. As I was in winter, it was warm on rooms with batteries. In my experience I got renovation from the upstair neighbors, which I cant blame host on. Cant remember anything else that might be cons of apartments, so I decided to give it 5 stars

We had a great time here, the host was so welcoming and even helped us to pay our parking since we do not have local phone number. The place is super clean, tidy and beautiful. Definitely gonna recommend this place if you visit Novi Sad!

Great place for digital nomads (and other people as well ha-ha)!! I want to say personal thanks for Luka, he was very proactive, he proactively did everything to make our accomodation, check-in and check-out perfect! I may confirm all other reviews - super comfortable, clean, cozy, no problems whatsoever. Nice location - well, novi sad isnt that big and you may go without taxi even to the fortress. I've enjoyed technics pretty much (tv, microwave, fridge, etc.). Also, home itself is very stylish and nice, first time in my life I actually enjoyed halls ouside of the flat. Amazing experience! Wifi perfect, no problems at all.

호스트가 정말 친절하게 안내해주어서 어려움 없이 숙소에서 쉴 수 있었습니다. 주변 맛집과 명소를 추천해주어서 편하게 여행할 수 있었습니다. 숙소의 위치는 노비사드의 중심에 위치하여서 여행하기 아주 좋습니다. 숙소 내부는 사진과 동일하며 아늑하고 주방 용품이 아주 잘 갖춰져 있습니다. 노비사드를 방문한다면 다시 한번 머물고 싶은 숙소 입니다.

Radmila was an amazing host! Very helpful and responsive, she made me feel very welcome and right at home from the beginning, I could not recommend her and her place more! I will definitely come back if I have the chance to!

Fantastic hosts who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They were very proactive and helpful. The area is lovely, and we found parking on the street easy in a peaceful neighbourhood. Easy walk across the bridge to Old Town. The local boozer is 2 minutes away. I can recommend these hosts 100%!

Dusan was a very helpful host and was able to give clear and very good local recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described and advertised at a great price. Dusan was very responsive and friendly, and overall the hospitality shown was great. I enjoyed a great stay in Serbia and highly recommend staying at Dusan’s property in Novi Sad.

The location was great (close to the city center) and the apartment had tasteful interior design. It's got all the amenities a couple could need. Duro was a great host who made us feel welcome. He had prepared a bowl of chocolate pralines and cookies, and stocked the bathroom with schampoo and conditioner. Small details like that goes a long way. We had no issues during our stay, but he still made sure that we knew we could call him if we needed anything. Highly recommended!

Awesome modern and clean apartments and a very kind host. Perfect location - grocery stores are 2-3 mins away walking, as well as a few nice restaurants. A quite street and close to the old city center. Jakuzzi in the apartments is great. It's very big, modern, with soft materials for head. The only caveat is that we had to boil a few batches of water in the pots to fill it up, because just water from water boiler isn't enough 😅 otherwise everything's great!

Gleb is very welcoming and responsive host. He helped me and my friend a lot with documents and refreshed free water and bed sheets. I highly recommend him and his cozy place and also wish him all the best. There is everything you need to stay in Novi Sad and have a good time.

Great location at the base of Petrovaradin Fortress and by the Danube, with Novi Sad centre just a 15-20 minute walk away. Ivana was friendly and helpful in getting us settled.
