Tiny Home Cabin - No Cleaning Fee

Steve was absolutely wonderful! This is the first Airbnb I've stayed in since I moved to Illinois and I felt right at home. The cabin was gorgeous, homey, and had more amenities than I expected. Steve was friendly, courteous, and always polite. I will definitely be staying here again my next time in Springfield! Thank you so much, Steve!

Abe's Hideaway - Hot tub, Arcade

This is a Beautiful home that has everything it boasts. It’s a lot bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside! Everything was clean and met our expectations. We brought a crew for a company conference and it hosted us all just fine. The theater room was a big hit with everyone! We would definitely stay here again!

The Petersburg Place nestled near downtown

We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

The Hideout Spfd-vanish in plain sight

This was a neat and place. It is different from so many other places. It was fun to play all the games that were available on site. It would be really fun in the summer when you could enjoy the outside amenities. It is close to downtown and all the things to do in Springfield. We would definitely go back.

Tons of wonderful amenities that were super generous, including a lot of food, and ways to make it! I would recommend bringing your own coffee or planning to check out a local coffee shop if you don’t like flavored or decaf coffee. El was super encouraging of us to use the driveway to park, which was really helpful as it narrows quite a bit once it runs alongside the home. Once the neighbor’s dog was inside for the night, it was really quite peaceful, and I loved the dark bedroom for sleeping. Really, such a great find for slightly larger groups (I could imagine it would be perfect for a girls weekend trip), but also felt cozy for just my mom and me, too. Really do highly recommend!!

Peaceful Lake House in the Pines

This was the perfect weekend spot for us! Lots of opportunities to enjoy nature and relax. The pond was much larger than we were expecting and the bonus of the Kayaks and paddle boards made the spot perfect for our needs. The place was very clean and had a great kitchen setup. Definitely look forward to a future stay there.

I chose to take a solo vacation for relaxation and get away from everyday life. This was the perfect place for it! I loved it so much I extended my stay for an extra night and didn’t want to leave. Jacob is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The lighting was one of the most relaxing things to me. It was cold when I got there but didn’t take long to warm up. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt 100% safe at all times of the day and night. I will definitely book this one again when I travel to Springfield!

The Homestead at Pumpkin Creek

I had the most beautiful stay, Curt was very responsive and welcoming! The farm was beautiful and he even recommended going to a snow cone place that he owns, which was delicious. My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We found the setting so beautiful and peaceful. The cottage was very clean, had plenty of amenities, and the towels were so fluffy and nice. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed watching the horses and letting our dog run on the spacious property. We also found the location to be nice and private while having easy access to Springfield. Jeffery was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. Thank you, Jeffery!

Our stay was nice. The house allowed us to have a private space to rest. The brick paved road was quaint addition. The colorful lights on porch allowed us to quickly identify house. There's a driveway to park in so that was great to not have to utilize street parking. Easy access to the locations we visited.

We came down to run the Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon and stayed at Lucille's house. this was exactly what we needed. The house was in a great location and within a 10 minute drive of anything we wanted to do. The house was great and was a great place to relax after the race and enjoy the area.
