Bruce Beach House- Cottage retreat by the lake

Enjoy a relaxing getaway at the Beach House, just a minute’s walk to the beach! This unique log cabin cottage features a modern kitchen, cozy reading nooks, and a 1920s railway car incorporated right into the home. The top level is bright and airy, with a large balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or listen to the waves at night. Enjoy full lake views during the winter season! Make some memories in our quaint town and stay at our unique family-friendly home with a private indoor heated salt water pool & hottub in the basement. The pool room has a TV, air hockey table, Foosball and basketball game. The fourth bedroom doubles as a board and Video games room/gym and there is a hockey training center on the garage. The fenced backyard has a deck, propane BBQ and seating area, movie screen & projector, trampoline and fire pit (firewood provided). Fun for the whole family!

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

You will have lots of privacy as each house is well spaced away from each other. This luxury cottage has it all and is steps away from a beautiful Lake Erie beach. Locally, St. Thomas and Port Stanley have plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, breweries and local museums for you to explore!

It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.
