Great house in a great location.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

The Ridge house was great for our family of six and one dog. The proximity to Eureka Springs and the amenities in the home made our stay both relaxing and exciting! Ben & Jamie were proactive in their communications and made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Wonderful location! Lake and tree views everywhere in this beautiful home. Spacious, stocked, and ample bedrooms and beds to accommodate our large group. Wish it wasn’t so rainy so we could be outdoors more, but cannot beat the views. Easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

If you want a taste of country/farm life, this is an ideal property. Very private and peaceful, cows, rabbits and a nice outdoor environment were especially enjoyable!

This was a great first-time stay at David's charming home on a visit to family. The place felt open and airy. Had everything we needed. Loved the turntable and great selection of vinyl records. We always appreciate it when the host provides all the household supplies that are needed for a weekend. The checkout checklist was the easiest we have ever experienced. This cute home met all of our needs!

We thoroughly loved our stay at Terry's place. Tons of space, was perfect for a short family weekend. The screened in porch and hot tub were wonderful amenities to go along with the fantastic home. Terry was easy to get ahold of since he lived next door, and was super responsive. Thanks again!

Wonderful Spot in Fayetteville!!! Can easily walk to U of A Campus, Dickson Street, or Downtown to the square. Comfortable apartment, responsive host, good price. Will definitely try to book this place again the next time we are at George’s Majestic Lounge for a concert.

For the price of a hotel stay at the local convention center (where our event was held), we loved Jason's place for it's space, unique styling, kitchen and ease of parking. You are in an eclectic group of other residential units (one is right below the rentable unit, an Airstream and a house on either flank) so would call this semi-independent housing. However, the windows have views of trees, the unit gets minimal noise from the residence below, and the amenities are excellent. We would stay there again if work calls us back to NW Arkansas.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Great location, walk to Dickson and UARK !

Rachel’s place was a Godsend! I used to live in the area and was coming in to get my hair done and my plans changed at the last minute and I needed a place to stay. Rachel was flexible enough to accommodate me for just one night stay which I appreciated so much. The area where this beautiful Airbnb is incredibly peaceful and serene there are cows across the street in the pasture, and there are chickens visiting around the porch. I could’ve sat on the porch for the entire weekend and just read. It is also only about 20 minutes from Fayetteville, which has so much to do and great restaurants. The Airbnb was spotless and the bathroom shower was gorgeous.

Loved the speak easy vibe. Everything was top quality. Great location. Onyx just down the street was great!
