The Captain's Cottage - Private Cottage Near Belmar Marina

The Captain's Cottage is in an awesome location in the back of a property that is across from the waterfront park along Shark River. Paddle-board/kayak rentals, fishing piers, charter boats, mini-golf, and Belmar's newest waterside restaurants are right across the street. Waterfront views from the yard and one of the best sunsets at the shore! Includes 2 person kayak, 2 bikes & 2 beach badges! Perfect shore weekend getaway for couples or small group of friends. 1 mile to ocean. Short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Also, please note that there are two houses on this property, both are rental listings. Privacy is no concern... the two houses, their addresses, yards, and parking are all separated. However, the driveway entrance is shared. This listing is for the back house on the property. The Captain's Cottage is in a very unique location for Belmar. In the past few years, the Belmar Marina area has gained popularity as park spaces, waterfront walkways, fishing piers, and new bars and restaurants have opened up along the Shark River. 9th Ave Pier and Marina Grille have been a big hit, where you can enjoy a waterfront meal and drink while watching the beautiful sunset. Fishing charter boats, mini golf, parasailing, kayak/stand-up paddleboard rentals are also available in this area. The home is still close to Main Street and roughly one mile to the ocean. As an alternative to the ocean, there is also a free beach along Shark River directly across the street from the home. It is also a short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Parking: Two cars can fit in the space assigned, and additional parking is available for no cost at the adjacent side streets (K or L Street). The Belmar Train Station and Belmar Main Street is a short walk. It is one mile from the ocean and there is also a free public beach right across the street along the Shark River. A very short Uber, bike, or train ride to Asbury Park. Please be mindful of the shared driveway entrance and parking assignments.

Welcome to a "Shore Thing", a 2-bedroom modern beach house that is the perfect getaway spot for you and your loved ones to connect, unwind and enjoy everything that beautiful Belmar and the Jersey Shore has to offer. Enjoy the sounds of the Ocean just 3.5 blocks to the beach and walking distance to all of the local spots in town including F St, Anchor Tavern, Marina Grille, 10th Ave Burrito, etc. The property is also a quick Uber to other hot locations such as Asbury Park, Spring Lake and OG.

This includes 1 Master Bedroom with a large flat screen smart TV along side 2 other spacious bedrooms with towels warmers in every room. Located on a quiet street just 2 blocks from Main St, 5 blocks from the beach, and 5 blocks from the train station, this home is in the perfect location for a memorable family vacation. High-End LBI Oceanside Retreat

Beautiful, recently constructed oceanside home in ideal Barnegat Light location. Just steps from the beach, and walking distance to bayside boat launch, beach & playground. Proximate to Viking Village shopping & everything northern LBI has to offer. High-end finishes, quality beds, great light, large open kitchen, high ceilings, bbq + outdoor shower. Sleeps 8 comfortably. We love our home and know you will too! Perfect for multiple couples, families (with kids), and small groups.

The Stockton - Victorian Ocean Grove near Asbury

This 1BR beach house, the downstairs unit in a duplex, is sleeps up to 4 and is perfect for couples, friends, and families. Beautiful Home 2 Blocks from Beach

5-bedroom house w/ private patio and awning, 2 blocks from Manasquan beach near inlet with fishing/surfer beach. Very quiet neighborhood, access to county park on river bay at end of street. 1st floor completely renovated, balcony w/ lounge chairs. 4 rooms with beds, sleeping 8 people, one office room with couch, 3 full baths, unheated sun room with futon bed (additional bed sheets provided upon request, sleeps two more people). Hot tub.

Beach Bungalo - Small House , Big Welcome! Cheerful, comfortable and throughly cleaned. 5-10 minute walk to beach, boardwalk and restaurants. Healthy salt air and ocean frolics await. Off-street parking (4 cars), high speed wifi, Firestick TV. Great location - walk to BYOB Boat-to-Plate restaurants - easy breezy. Price is for 2 guests, additional guests $40 extra/person/night. Chic and quiet beach retreat & patio!

Clean, safe, self-contained, 1BR designer apartment with fully equipped kitchen and outdoor patio and grill on Asbury's quiet, neighborhoody west side. Lushly landscaped, with a private entrance and private, outdoor patio. Beach passes, beach chairs/towels, bikes provided. Treat yourself to a place that's a cut above--read my reviews!
