Bush and Bay Cottage

Up a private right of way, set in native bush, this modernised cottage offers views of Waikawa Bay. Wake up to birdsong. Watch the tui flitting between the trees and maybe a weka crossing the lawn. Gaze at native bush and hills or watch the boats in the Bay. A wonderful place to chill out in the last of sun. Walking distance to bike tracks, the beach & marina/pub. Charming House: Central, Stylish & Spacious

Feel at home in our beautifully renovated space, perfect for up to 6 guests. 3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 bathrooms (an ensuite with a tub & shower), and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area offers a stylish bar with a wine fridge, cocktail shaker, board games, etc. The living room comes with Apple TV, and each room has a heater. Step outside into a designed garden, where you can enjoy a meal at the gazebo’s table or fire up the Kamado BBQ. We’re just a 10-minute walk from the town center!

Character villa in the heart of Blenheim

This house is ideal for an adult family/groups of friends wanting to stay in the heart of Blenheim. Toddlers/young children are not permitted. The house is close to town and many wineries that Marlborough has to offer. Percy street is a quiet suburban street yet a short walk to Countdown supermarket or the centre of town. The property is well laid out and furnished. Kitchen, dining and lounge is open plan. Bifolds open out to back deck with BBQ and garden. Free fibre optic WIFI for guest use.

Moenui Magic

In beautiful Moenui we have a typical kiwi north facing bach overlooking the Mahau Sound. It boasts a two bedroom house with a one bedroom and lounge Chalet, and an expansive deck that takes in full views of the water. There are many options to sit and take in gorgeous views from many vantage points around the property. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge, opening out onto the deck. With a mooring, boat ramp to launch your boat, a local reserve and surrounding walks, you will fall in love.

Paradise in the Marlborough Sounds

The perfect spot for your next getaway. Located 10 minutes from Havelock and 45 minutes from Blenheim, on arrival you’ll find yourself surrounded by native bush and abundant bird life. Our Kayaks for your use, & our shoreline deck are a 2 minute walk down to the beach. A great spot to relax in the sun. Outdoor BBQ area and spa pool sets the scene for your relaxing break away. Our Kent Street Bach is our home in NZ. A work in progress. It is welcoming, cozy and comfortable. Vintage style decor. Free Wi-Fi. Access is outside stairs. Street Parking only. NOTE ALL items in this Unit is our own Property. Please do not remove. The “Guest Service Fee” is Airbnb’s fee. The “Occupancy Fee” is a NZ Government Fee. Very cool modular cosy home close to town centre

This is a modern cosy home with open plan living & exceptional indoor/outdoor flow for enjoying the beautiful Marlborough weather, it is a great place for 1 or 2 parents in the main room and 1 or 2 children in the single bed room, it is also very suitable for 2 couples with having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms both with TVs, there is a small supermarket within 5 mins walk, bar & restaurant within 2 mins walk or the main town centre would be 10 - 15mins walk away, it is very handy to all amenities

The Nineteenth is spacious, modern, inviting and exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Featuring two large king sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an expansive open plan living and kitchen area, The Nineteenth has been fitted out with all the necessary luxury items to make it your home away from home. All rooms open out on to an expansive deck and have views overlooking vineyards, farmland and a golf course. A courtyard with BBQ is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area.

The luxury 3 bedroom, fully furnished modern home, architecturally designed with extensive glass panels to capture the stunning sea and mountain views.
