The outdoor lifestyle is what this place is all about. The beautiful deck, pool, and hot tub are over the top and the views are simply gorgeous. The property features a wet weather creek and reservoir that attracts turkeys, ducks, wild boar, and deer. Take a hike, a dip, then head to the brewery for some R&R... your perfect day awaits. All four bedrooms have 50" HDTV's and there is a 70" monster screen in the living room so if you want to stay inside and watch the game (DirectTV/NFL Sunday Ticket!) or get caught up on work (satellite internet), you're covered. In addition to having all the major pay-for movie channels like HBO and Showtime, we also have a great DVD library for the film buffs out there. Hanging out by the fire pit is a great way to cap off a day and don't forget to break out the s'mores. The house is outfitted with high end appliances across the board and even seasoned chefs will find themselves well equipped in our kitchen or at the helm of our state of the art grill. The home is filled with lots of interesting original artwork and the grounds surrounding are serene and picturesque. Located less than 30 minutes to downtown Austin, you get the best of both worlds. Relax in this stylish space located 9 miles from Six Flags, 6.6 miles to Camp Bullis, 10 miles to Shops at La Cantera and The Rim. If Wineries are on the agenda, Fredericksburg is a skip down the I-10. Conveniently located close to I-10 for trips to downtown San Antonio or Historic heart of Boerne. After a full day of adventures, return to a peaceful 900 SqFt 1-bedroom to unload by the fire pit in the Hill Country. Lackland AFB is a short 34 miles away with 1604 and 410 a short drive on I-10

Brand new home! If you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a place to entertain family and friends, this home is a hidden gem. Great indoor and outdoor dining with a large kitchen filled with anything a chef desires. At the outdoor covered patio you will enjoy the separate seating areas to have have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.
