Historic Downtown F'burg, Self contained Cozy Apt.

Our guest suite has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is cozy with a full bathroom and kitchen. It is suitable for a single person or active couple who want to enjoy Historic Fredericksburg, walking trails and the night life all right outside the door. Also ideal for single person on work trip. The patio with table and chairs acts as an extra living space in spring, summer and fall however without the extra space in the wintertime the apartment is too small for two people.

Cozy basement

We like to give our guest full privacy during their stay. The basement has its own entrance in the back of the home. We do have steps going from the front of the house to the back entrance. We’re pet friendly! There's a $100 per pet fee. Fee is due upon arrival. Large fenced yard for our furry guest to run and enjoy the open space. As well as a deck with seating area facing the yard. Please make sure to clean up after your pet after every bathroom break. Pets permitted only in the back yard

Fireside & Poolside Guest Suite-Private & Relaxing

Take it easy at this private 2-bed, 1-bath guest suite that is located on the basement level of a home, where you will have your own separate entrance. Poplar Cove - Lake Anna (Private Side)

Poplar Cove is a 2-bed 2-bath waterfront property with beautiful views. We are situated in a spacious cove; great spot for safely swimming, kayaking, floating or just sitting on the dock or one of the many patios. The backyard levels out at the bottom providing a perfect spot for spreading a blanket or enjoying backyard games adjacent to the private dock. This property is a downstairs walkout that is attached to the main house; but you will have your own entrance and private experience.

Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

The Inn at Dewberry. Our roomy studio apartment is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood just 4 miles from downtown historic Fredericksburg. For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.
