From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views of Skopelos! Manolis and Chris were very kind, always responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa itself was stunning - a serene and quiet place with a private pool that offered the perfect escape. It’s a little uphill on the way to the villa, but it’s walkable, so a car is not really needed unless you have a lot of luggage. All in all an amazing stay with a wonderful host. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten bei besten Oktober-Wetter einen unvergesslichen Urlaub im Haus von Kostas. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der unfassbar schöne Blick, die gute Austattung des Hauses und das gesamte Ambiente haben für einen perfekten Urlaub gesorgt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders haben uns der Pool und die Grillecke mit Steinofen gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Kostas war immer sehr nett. Er hat uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir kommen gern wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.

The Villas are quite amazing, modern and very private, you feel to be in vacation the second you get inside the complex. The private beach is literally a 3 min walking and it is one of the best in the island. The cleanliness is incredible. It is the place to be on the island. The man in charge is Spyros, he holds the reservation and his help change your stay from A vacation to THE vacation: he helps from the day before your arrival and sets everything in motion so that when you enter the villas you feel at home. He shares with you the most valuable information about what to do, where and when and is always available 24/7; he also helped with the boat renting (George Boat Renting is another 5-star guy that I suggest you) and wanted to be there when we left! The last night we had dinner there, Spyros went to buy fresh fish for us and Nick, THE chef 👨‍🍳 , cooked for us a no brainer grilled fish (Michelin star!) I just wanna thank them for all the real help and hard work! Hope to come back!

Christoforos was very kind and helpful at check in and available to message throughout the trip if we needed any information. One of the best hosts we’ve had. The villa is super clean and has got a lot of character as is decorated with very traditional furniture. The outside alone is worth booking this villa- it is absolutely breathtaking and the loungers by the pool are perfect. If you’re looking for somewhere as a retreat and to really relax in peace away from everyone then this is the place. You can park around 100m away from the house and a scenic walk down to the property. I will be returning to this place for sure- it felt like a home at the end of our week. We especially loved Portaria for food and the evening vibe and it is only a 12 minute drive from the property. I would also recommend a small car for Pelion as the roads are quite thin and tight. Overall this place is amazing value for money and we miss it already!

A hidden jewel with two real Super-Hosts! Our hosts met with us at the local church and guided us to the house. - It was a very warm welcome and the four of us felt immediately like at home. The house is designed with love, well furnished with an eye for details and well-equipped. All the essentials were already been taking care of and we missed not a single thing. The charming house and the lovingly created garden are a perfect hideaway. - A garden with plenty of room for kids to play and parents to relax. They have a stylised beetroots with vegetables, herbs and fruits of al kind and multiple toys to spent time with. We really enjoyed our stay and the house, surrounding, and our cordial hosts exceeded our expectations. We definitely will get back!

We had a wonderful time at Elia Cottage. Its a perfect location and setting - so peaceful and quiet, surrounded by olive trees and beautiful gardens. A car is definitely recommended to explore the island, but if you wanted a week of relaxation at the cottage it's not necessary. The cottage is perfect, with everything you could need, and more. The beds are comfy, the showers are hot and powerful, and the pool is such a treat. Sally is a fantastic host and we would love to stay here again in the future.

This was our second stay, which says it all! Lovely house with a shaded terrace on the ground floor and a balcony with a fabulous view on the top floor. The house is above the town so it’s peaceful, but it’s only a short walk away. Getting to the beach is also easy. Communication was excellent.

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα άνετος χώρος ήρεμο περιβάλλον φανταστική διακόσμηση. Ένας χώρος που μπορείς να ευχαριστηθείς την διαμονή σου .

We adored our stay at Thavama Summer House. The location and view from the living room are stunning, and I could have sat there for hours!🌊🍋 The accommodation iwas clean, bright, comfortable and we felt right at home- with everything you need for a stay. The terrace is so lovely to sit out on for any time of day. 💛 The location is peaceful, however there is a kiosk only a 3 minute walk away, a gorgeous beach 5 minutes away, and you are only 10 minutes away from the beautiful town and harbour. We didn’t have a car and everything was so accessible by foot.There is also a bus stop right outside and the bus links are excellent and such a good price! 🐚🚌 Thanasis is such a responsive and friendly host- answering our questions, including about transport from the airport, he came over to show us how to use the thermostat as we asked about this, and had the property cleaned, linens changed, etc, halfway through our stay! 💕 Check-in and finding the house was easy. Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της χώρας και σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από κάποια από τα καλύτερα εστιατόρια της περιοχής. Η χώρα γενικά είναι ανηφορική αλλά λόγω της κοντινής απόστασης από ένα δημόσιο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ, δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε να μεταφέρουμε τις αποσκευές μας από το αμάξι. Πολύ άνετος χώρος που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει με ευκολία μέχρι και 5 άτομα. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και μεγάλο. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και στο μέλλον!

Η διαμονή μας για τις μέρες του Πάσχα ήταν πάρα πολύ ωραία και ξεκούραστη. Το σπίτι ήταν μεγάλο άνετο και πολύ βολικό πού είχε δύο μπάνια Ήταν πλήρως εφοδιασμένο με ότι μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν (κουζίνα, μπάνια, υπνοδωμάτια) Πόλυ ωραία διακόσμηση και με "βολικές" λεπτομέρειες Ήταν όλα προσεγμένα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια Και επειδή το σπίτι δεν είχε άλλη κράτηση την επόμενη μέρα η κυρία Anneli και μας άφησε να μείνουμε περισσότερο από την ώρα του check out, μας το πρότεινε από μόνη της και αυτό μας βόλεψε πάρα πολύ Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι είχε σκόνη σε κάποια σημεία

We’ve had a wonderful family stay at the beach house. It’s your own little house on your own “private” beautiful beach, with the water right at your feet. A nice simple house on the beach, with the sound of the waves to sweeten your night’s sleep. The two tasty taverns next by with a wonderful vista just make it all the better.

Επισκεφθήκαμε τα Ελληνικά τις τελευταίες μέρες του Αυγούστου και μείναμε στο κατάλυμα του Δημήτρη και της Φρύνης. Το σπίτι είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο, με πανέμορφη θέα από το μπαλκόνι και ένα άνετο κήπο για χαλάρωση τις πρωινές ή απογευματινές ώρες αλλά και για να παίξουν τα παιδιά. Όλοι οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, και η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και άνετη. Μοναδική έκπληξη το Γαλλικό μπιλιάρδο στο χώρο και τα παιχνίδια για τα παιδιά. Ένα πανέμορφο ανακαινισμένο σπίτι που συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους σκέφτονται να επισκεφθούν την περιοχή. Έξω από το σπίτι υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος για στάθμευση. Οι παραλίες τις περιοχές είναι όλες πανέμορφες. Εννοείται πως δεν μπορώ να μην σταθώ στην εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών. Η επικοινωνία μαζί τους ήταν αμεσότατη και φιλική. Τα παιδιά ήταν εξυπηρετικότατα και πρόθυμα να μας βοηθήσουν και να μας ενημερώσουν για κάθε απορία. Από καρδιάς, ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ από εμάς Δημήτρη και Φρύνη για την άψογη φιλοξενία σας!!!! ♥️

Υπέροχο και πολύ άνετο σπίτι , πολύ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης ο Γιώργος .Μας έδωσε επιπλέον πληροφορίες για ότι χρειαστήκαμε !Σιγουρα θα επιστρέψω κάποια στιγμή στο μέλλον!!

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. A very homely and comfortably furnished apartment. The crown is a large roof terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the city. The apartment has three floors and a lot of stairs, but the whole city is full of them :). I would come here again and I can recommend this to others as well. Thank you Magdalini, Christina and Yiannis for this experience.

Όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, σε αρκετά κοντινή απόσταση από Βόλο και Πήλιο. Πολύ πρακτικό το ότι στον εσωτερικό χώρο τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε ξεχωριστό όροφο.

הבית היה חמוד מאוד, בשכונה שקטה. בסיס נח לשלל כיווני הנסיעה במזרח פיליון. יש לקחת בחשבון שלכל מקום צריך רכב. נקי מאוד. יש מגבות וסדינים נוספים למקרה הצורך. 2 המיטות הזוגיות מאוד נוחות. מזגן בשניים מחדרי השינה. תגובה מהירה ויחס לבבי מהמארח שגם סיפק את הסברי הצ׳ק אין והמיקום של הבית באופן מדוייק. הבית מצויד לתפארת. אינטרנט מצויין. סביבות החוץ קסומה ונעימה עם סוכת גפנים חמודה. אנחנו מאוד נהנינו מהשהות בנכס וממליצים בחום.

Eleni è una persona meravigliosa. La casa era perfetta e lei è stata di grande aiuto in tutto. Posso dire solo una cosa : il divano per il mio bambino non era comodo. Per il resto era tutto perfetto. Anche il giardinetto per il cagnolino. Grazie Eleni

Lovely traditional country house with pool, house and linen clean, kitchen well equipped. Great peaceful location surrounded by chickens, sheep, olive and fruit trees. Kids loved the pool and swing. Pool was cleaned and well maintained by Kostas during our stay. Kostas is a kind and friendly host who is easily contactable House is close to Skopelos town, restaurants and supermarket but would recommend a car.

Sehr hübsches Häuschen, renoviert mit Liebe zum Detail. Sehr gut ausgestattet, schön mit der Terrasse und kleinem Balkon und sehr gute Lage. Man kann das Häuschen sogar ohne Treppen erreichen. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Περασαμε υπεροχα, η τοποθεσια του σπιτιου ειναι ιδανικη και συνδυαζει ησυχια, θεα, προσβαση στην πλατεια σε λιγοτερο απο 10 λεπτά. Το χωριο ειναι σε σημειο οπου μπορει κανεις να επισκεφθεί πολλες διαφορετικες τοποθεσιες. Ο ιδιοκτητης ηταν πολυ φιλικος και γενναιόδωρος. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακαθαρο, δροσερο και με ανετους χωρους. Το μπανιο ειναι καινούργιο και οι ηλεκτρικές συσκευές απολυτα λειτουργικές. Η κυρια Ειρηνη φροντισε να προνοησει για πολλα και να περιποιηθει το σπιτι αψογα. Επισης μας βοηθησε προθυμα με συμβουλες και ιδεες οταν της το ζητησαμε. Η αυλη ειναι ευρυχωρη, .με γκριλ και σημεια με σκια ολη την ημερα. Προσφέρεται για καταπληκτικες ιδιωτικές στιγμες χαλαρωσης αλλα και για διασκεδαστικες ωρες με παρεα. Ταξιδευοντας με αυτοκίνητο χρειάζεται να παρκαρει κανεις γυρω στα 100 μετρα πριν το σπιτι και να συνεχίσει περπατώντας. Αυτο ομως προσφερει την πολύτιμη ησυχια και αξιζει σίγουρα τον κοπο! Ανυπομονούμε για την επόμενη φορά!
