Wi-Fi and coffee/tea and snacks available. Relax in or out. Close to North Spokane: 10 minutes from Whitworth and Green Bluff, 6 minutes from Starbucks, 5 minutes from Costco & 3 from fast food.

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers our coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Meadowview Barn - King Bed - fast Wi-Fi - Quiet

Welcome to Meadowview Barn! Our private and cozy apartment is just the place to relax and enjoy country life. It has been recently updated with new floors, a king bed and new lighting. It's located in the barn next to our beautiful farmhouse. The 3.4 acre property is a wide open vista were deer roam and where you just can't help but relax in the peace and quiet. The apartment itself dressed in a campy style. It is charming and comfortable with everything you need to make yourself at home.

The Anchorage Apartment

It’s in the Whitworth University neighborhood Newly remodeled basement (2020) one bedroom with full bathroom, full kitchen (2024) and its own living room. Tastefully decorated by Janet in nautical style as the “The Anchorage Suite”. Situated in the prestigious and historic Whitworth University neighborhood, very close to many shops and restaurants on Spokane’s North side. Suitable for adults only. Hot tub use included. Entrance thru garage, however the suite itself is fully private.

Serene Hideaway near the Little Spokane River

Roomy daylight basement, guest suite with one bedroom, king-size bed, fully functional unfinished ugly kitchen, washer/dryer. Private entrance and patio. The suite is across the street from the river. It can be seen seasonally. Walk the loop, or sit outside and listen to the river. Maybe see our resident eagle in flight and laugh at the antics of the squirrels. Watch deer, moose, turkeys, and many birds. Enjoy peace, serenity, and nature. Quiet and calming - we call it our hideaway.

WineDown - Relax with a view! Guest suite

If you want to wind down, WineDown is your place! A relaxing Airbnb, sitting on five wooded acres, tucked in a South Valley neighborhood. The Suite is located on the lower level of our Tuscan Home with a private deck and hot tub for guest use only. A gated community provides extra security. The guest entrance offer a beautiful view of the peaceful pines and wandering wildlife. We are on site during your stay and try to greet guests if available. Seasonal traction tires may be required.

Mountain View Apartment: Private 1-BR Guest Suite

Come stay in our private guest suite for two! The suite is separated from the house by the garage and includes off-street parking for one car. We are 25 minutes from Downtown Spokane and 20 minutes from Coeur d’Alene. Nearby athletic venues include the HUB Sports Center, Plantes Ferry, and multiple golf courses. This is a great spot for guests in town for conventions, tournaments, Hooopfest, and Bloomsday or anyone looking for a convenient home base to explore the Inland Northwest.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Ask us about renting our E bikes!

Welcome to the Inn at Ponderosa Pines, a cozy basement apartment nestled among the tall pines of rural Eastern Washington. Your country retreat awaits in the quiet Wild Rose Prairie, which is only a few minutes from groceries & coffee. About 35 minutes from both the airport and downtown Spokane, you are not too far off the beaten path, but far enough out for serenity. Settle in and enjoy your stay, with bedding for 6, a kitchenette, and private bath.
